Hi Iwas trying to get a credit card but they send me a letter that I had a bad credit report on my record and I dont know how to find ER Solution phone num and I dont know what to do

We have barely stayed afloat trying to pay minimum balances for a year now. We took any bonus money or other large amounts we received and applied them directly to our loans. My husband has taken on a 2nd job and we make it off very little. Minimun payments take everything he makes on his first job. A year ago we had approx. $30,000 debt and now we have paid it down to about 22,000. We have paid off the smaller credit cards and we are left with the bigger ones. One is with beneficial for $15,000 and we are current on our loan with a hardship plan.

Citi Universal AT&T has explained that when this billing cycle is up, 3/11, account has potential to be closed. That will be at 93 days past due. Got a letter from AMEX saying that account was canceled. Is that the same as closed? Pass due 94 days and the letter was from a couple weeks ago... so at around 80 days. Anyone have experience with OC closing or canceling their accounts??? Perhaps I'm better off closing them before they do it.

I have an account with calvary that was sold to a law firm. I'm not disputing the charges, all I wanted was the charges on the original card, the amount and the date that it was charged.
