I have two payday loans. (in TN) Magnum Cash Avance- Borrowed $1000 paid back $1216 Castle Payday - Borrowed $300 paid back $75 I have emailed letters to both although Magnum email was returned (info@magnumcashadvance.com). No response yet. I am faxing Magnum letter in the morning and going to talk to my bank to stop ACH. Loans are due 7/5 and Im hoping I can stop any more money from being taken from my account. How hard is it to get the PIF letter from Magnum and some arrangement from Castle for the balance of the principle?

I got started on payday loans a while back. I found myself paying off loans to get new ones so I can also have enough to pay my bills. I found that I just could not do it anymore. I have done some research and have started following steps to fix the situation. I live in Illinois and am not sure I understand all the laws I have read. I have closed my account and have a list of the lenders. The problem I am having is what type of letter to send. I have had lenders even give money without my approval and that is when I decided enough is enough.

I can't find any documentation on what a Western Sky payment schedule looks like. If it take the $5075 product, the interest at ~116% is about $489. If its simple interest like they say, over 84 months it's around $41k payoff. I'll be getting a check soon for around $5k but I need to pay off debtors now, can I pay off Western Sky for the loan plus interest early (they say you can) and if so, is it $41k total or $5075+$489?

I had included my son in my credit card account as the authorized user. He is out of college. He is searching for a good job in Malibu, CA. I’m on a hardship plan right now. However, this account is appearing on my son’s credit report as 90 days late. He is not responsible for the debt. I have removed him from the account. But the account is still there on his credit report. His credit score also has dropped. Apparently, the credit card company can’t do anything. What should I do?

i have a payday loand with a company from march, i have not been able to pay it back, and now my bank account is closed. I got a call from a 'prel pros fraud office saying that I was going to be arrested, and taken back to alleg co maryland unless i came up with 688.50. If and when they arrest me, i will need to pay 7750.00. I don't have that kind of money. I did call the sherrifs office, and a police officer came out, he stated that there was not warrant for my arrest. Can they arrest me, she said they are going to charge me with melicious intent to defraud? please help

I just received a call that alliance is sending me the summons for court bc I committed wire and bank fraud for the cutter group whom I way overpaid. I told the guy I sent a c and d letter, and I wanted his mailing address and email address. He just kept saying good luck in court. So now what? Is this just another scare tatic? I am in SC and Cutter group is illegal.

Is Vista Holding Group a so called financial institution. From what I see they are a payday loan company. I have been called and harrassed by a 3rd party called Creditors. I have paid the principal balance of $150 to this company and they are asking me for additional more which I refuse to pay. What do I do? They are so called threatening with court action.
