OMG!!! I am freaking out... I took out an internet loan on Oct 5th with Summitt. I have not had the money to pay it back but now am ready to start making payments. I have been contacted by Olivia from NCP stating that she was coming to my place of employment to have me processed for internet fraud unless I paid them 700 dollars by 1:30 today. I am in the state of Tennessee. I have called Summitt, with no progress. They say that they don't have my balance, my contract or who has my account now. They say that ICollect has it, but you can't get anyone there to answer the phone.

I received a call today from 980-939-0921, Allied Legal Services. I called them back and they answer the phone as "Allied Legal Services, Litigations Department." They say they are handling a lawsuit for Cash Call Incorporated (Fast Cash Advance), that I took a payday loan for $350, and on 6-12-2008 it went delinquent because I blocked them from debiting my account (I did), and they are suing for $718.11. They say they haven't filed yet and I can either go to court and dispute it, or settle, up until they serve me with papers. Is this legit or is it BS? I'm in Texas btw.

I received a call today from a Markus Carter who stated he was with the law firm of Thompson & Associates 866-688-2977. He was calling on the behalf AIS LLC. who had gotten my account from Cash supply. I Sent Cash Supply and AIS both cert letters stating that the loan was illegal in Ohio and that I only owed $100.00 of remaining balance , and would pay if given pyhsical address. I never heard from either one of them , this was in 2008 ..... I also requested verification of debt and he stated that they didnt have to send me anything!!!! How should I proceed....Will they sue me ????

Can I discharge my bankruptcy and go with debt consilidation. Bankruptcy is for 5 years but my finances has changed 10% decrease in income. I need a new plan. Please advise

So I sent out emails to 6 lenders this morning. We'll wait and see what they have to say. Hopefully nothing!!;)
