Has anyone had experience with Prestige Financial Solutions. I also want to settle my debt, but I have no clue which company is good. All I've heard is that just about all of them are bad. Has anyone out there had a good experience with these companies? John Black

Hello-I have a problem-I have 7 outstanding payday loans with the following companies: Advance America-borrowed 255-paid 100 back so far CashNet USA-borrowed 255-0 paid back 500FastCash-borrowed 150-0 paid back United Cash Loans-borrowed 150-0 paid back Money Mart-borrowed 255-0 paid back NorStar Cash-borrowed 300-paid back 90 Check Into Cash (online)-borrowed 255-0 paid back Some of these loans are over a year old (yeah I know).....and I had just seen a debt consolidation company here and was getting ready to start making payments but then got fired from my job.

I have a few internet payday loans, which are illegal in my state(KY). I have had a couple of them turn me into a CA. My guestion is since internet pdl are illegal what about the CA? The agenecies are E-Care and ARM of FL. Can they legally collect in KY?

if i agree to a debt management program does this mean I have to cancel my credit cards?

I just recently finished a debt settlement program. They have now asked me to participate in an interview to share my story with them. However, the 'interview' is being held at the capitol building. It sounds more like an interrogation than an interview. Has anyone else gotten this invitation. What do they ask? What do they want?

we have contacted our credit card companies and tried to work out repayment plans - some are willing to work with us and some are not (or offer a repayment plan we can't agree to 'cause we can't afford it). are we better off sending what little we can each month or just waiting and keep trying to call to get a workable offer? will it look better that we are TRYING or not really make any difference? also, when they are calling so far we are not answering the phone - is that the best way?
