What will happen if I don't pay to my retirement account for a couple of months? Will it become inactive?

Are all tribal loans illegal or does it depend on what state you live in? I am in Texas and I have three payday loans that are from tribal lenders; Spotloan, Majestic Lake Financial and Loan at Last. Are all of these loans illegal? If so how? I'd like to be able to explain that in my letters as I have already paid off the principal loan and then some on all three. Am I entitled to get some of my money back? Any help is appreciated!

How long will it take to settle 5 credit cards/? And, how much do I need to save for that? I owe $300 on a Chase credit card, $1000 on Amex, $2500 on Citi, $6300 on Discover, and $2100 on a BofA card. Discover has charged-off my credit card. So, should I contact them or the collection agency? Is government relief programs applicable for charged-off accounts too?

Filed bankruptcy 4 months back. Payday loan companies are still calling me. They are saying that payday loans can’t be discharged through bankruptcy. These are special loan arrangements. Hence automatic stay doesn’t apply to them. Is it true?

I keep getting calls from First National Collection Bureau harassing me saying i owe $23,000 to an old navy account i never had. This guy said there was a judgement in court and gave me some number that didn't exist after i searched for it on the judicial website. He refused to direct me to a fraud department as i stated i never had this account. He was incredibly rude and swore at me. Any suggestions as to what to do from here on? I don't know if i should just ignore this or send a Cease and Desist letter to them? thank you.
