I have paid Star Cash $245.00 original loan amount $350.00...they are still asking for 3 payments of $105.00. 2. I have paid CMG $180.00 original loan amount $300.00...they are not responding to email they keep telling me to read my online contract. 3.

Are they legit? Postings on BBB sound positive but is it too good to be true?

I have payday loans with: United Cash Loans - $300 Cash Net - $450 PDL Now - $200 Ameriloan - $250 MyCashNow - $160 Are these legal in TX? how should I go about paying back the right amount?

I had a debt charge off about a year ago for $3,900. The debt then went to three different collection agencies all of which could not properly validate the debt ofater i sent debt validation to all three of them. It then returned to the original bank who said i was liable for the whole amount. Isn't this illegal for the bank to try to collect the debt from you after they have declared it as bad debt and cahrged it off. It has now gone to a fourth collection agency who will receive a debt validation from me.

The LA superior court charges 5 dollars to check if there's a law suit or judgment against me. I cna't afford to keep checking. The lady on the phone ran my name and told me that there are 3 cases under my name. One of them being from 2007 from some property place. I ran all 3 credit reports recently and none of them have anything on there. I was evicted from an apartment back in 2004 because I fell on some hard times, so I don't know if that's me. But if all 3 credit reports are clear, then does that mean I have no judgments?

I stumbled on this site after I signed up for a PDL Consolidation company called You Payday Loan Help. I still have time to cancel the contract with them, but have yet to decide if I should.

State: PA hello. I will make my long story short. My husband got sick in October and was out of work until now. I manage the finances. He was deeply depressed and we had no income, so I got a few payday loans in his name. I did not realize that they didn't care about your credit, or I would have just used my info. Anyways, we have a joint account so I figured I could manage until he was back to work and then pay them off. Well it did not work out that way.

I've been trying to look up the companies I currently owe money to on the Florida Office of Financial Regulation with no luck. I'm not even sure I'm looking under the right sections. :( Does anyone know if the following companies are licensed in the state of FL: US Fast Cash mycashnow little loan shop check n go online fbd loans (first bank of delaware) Any help would be appreciated so I know how to proceed. I've paid back most if not over the amount of all original amounts and I'm trying to see if I'm still obligated for more.

I made my first payment. I sort of expected a lot of it to go toward interest, which it did. I'm just wondering if this is common and most auto loans, esp since i have poorer credit, or if its an issue with this bank. Also, how long can i expect this interest to be the bulk of my payment? Also, as my score has likely taken a big hit cause of this loan, and wasn't that great to begin with, what can I do to boost myself in the short term...I don't plan on getting any big credit, but i mean apartment hunting is coming up in the summer...
