I am not sleeping and I this debt is ruining my life. I fee terrible for not making payments on time, but when I send the minimum payment 200 goes to interest and about 40 goes to what I really owe. I have cut up all my cards and we have been living from my income for about a month now.

I think someone has a credit card in my name. I got the bank statement today of money that i owe on a credit card i don't even own. I do not have a credit card at all. What should i do?

Hello I am being threatned by the company payday loan yes - I went to see my lawyer and i am trying to fill bankruptcy as I have no income because I lost my job because of a medical condition, I tried to work with them and allow them to take a debit off my card because my taxes were supposed to come in and be direct deposited on my card - well there has been a delay so I called them and they said they could not stop the payment process and they have told me I can't file bankruptcy on this kind of debt - Is this true???

The Post Since Last Visit function doesn't seem to be working now. For the entire day, each time I return it's only showing me 5 posts and they are all the same posts every time. Nothing seems to be updating at all. Hmmmmmm.

Ok ..so I admit I am new..but I keep posting threads and they are no where to be found??!! I just did a long one on State Farm Bank and where is it?? I got a message about contacting the administrator which I always do but I never get anything back...any help here? I really need some answers and I am getting frustrated that none of my posts are getting posted...

I have read some older threads about State Farm Bank. I thought I would start a new one. We are just starting this process and they are one of the cards we are needing to settle. We got notice from them in Dec that they are doubling our min payment and raising our interest rate by a point. However, we have never been late on a payment, never gone over the limit etc..we can opt to cancel the account. I tried to do this today b/c I understood (actual letter at husband's work) that we had until the 31st..well we had until the 29th.

Just received a letter from Zwicker for a Sam's Club account. However, Sam's club just sent a letter two days ago stating that they could not find the original application. In another mailing, GE Money (over seeing the Sam's account) sent me copies of statements but saying they did not have the appilcation. Can this be collected if no appilcation exist ?
