Hello Everybody, I am in under debt of credit cards so. If i closing my credit card account, will they effect my credit score, which is already bad. What should i do to close my credit card account? Well tomorrow my letters and complaints are going out against VIPLoanshop & PDM Associates who have called me telling me I have to pay the a payment on the 22nd or else. I have stated to them 2 times to not call my work number. I have a Debt Validation letter for PDM since I have been told they are a 3rd party collection agency. Right now they are saying I owe $809 on a $600 loan that I have paid $1202. So my plan is to send my letters by e-mail and mail with return receipt. Should I file complaints against PDM with FTC, BBB and AG, or do I wait for their response?

Can some give information on, how to manage a idle budget? Because i am under debt so i want to become a debt free so i am going to make my monthly budget to get out from debt faster. Waiting for your help.

OK, I guess I am having some issue post on here. This is my thrid try I hope this works. I have an outstanding loan with National Pay Day based in Cost Rica. I have paid down the balance to $100.00 however I have paid them well in excess of the principle that I barrowed from them.

hello. i have received a Warrant in Debt form from a CA that says to show in court to set a trial date. however, i have note received any notice from the courts and the form the CA sent is not signed by any court clerk or attorney for the CA..... is this real or is it a scare tactic? the courts were not open today so i couldn't call to verify. if anyone has any insight, i would appreciate it.

Whoo that's a lot of typing! :) 5 are dispute letters for information I legitimately question and the other 14 are collections agencies. I basically asked them if they will delete the items on my report if I pay them in full. Worst they can do is say no. Either way I know which ones to work with first. Wish me luck they respond!

I have a question regarding RJM / Wachovia account as well. I had an overdrawn account with wachovia, ( I was going through tough times as everyone does) and lost my job and I have had to move a good 5 hours away. I put in a forwarding address, and for the last 6months have not received anything from RJM ACQ. however, today a sheriff came and gave my 14 yr old ( who was at home while I was out) a civil summons. the Summons was date for Sept. 2009 then dated again for Nov. 24, 2009 and then served again today Jan. 18th.
