I had a check out to a place in Tennessee called Cash Advance. It's locally owned, a very small store. The check bounced in the midst of working through all this PDL hell (I didn't CLOSE the account before it bounced, so it was just a bounced check). They calll me all the time at work, harassing me, and on my cell. I cant have personal calls at work so I sent them a letter via FED EX and stated I would be willing to make payments, etc, and gave them a new address because I have moved. They just left me a nasty voicemail.

I'm seeking advice in reference to transferring my 3 credit card balances to one card that has a 12 month introductory 0% APR/Balance Transfers (11%-19% after the 12 months). The card is the Cash Rewards Visa?? Platinum Card. I hate dealing with Discover card. They call all the time and they're very aggresive. I have two accounts with Discover. One I think will be at 180 days next week. They told me that once I miss that payment it will go to their charge off department. Does anyone know if that's an internal charge off department? Should I be worried about this? They keep offering me a hardship program with a 5% rate, but no settlement. The online site offers me a settlement of 70% which is still too high for me to accept.

I used to pay my CC's on-line, and stored my bank account info on the web site for easy payments, I did delete info but can they try and take back payments ? using old info
