I had a payday advance issue and I tried settling with them a while back but they refused and said I owed like 500.00 for a 200.00 loan. Anyway, now all of a sudden I get a voicemail today from a Mr. Cook, claiming to be an attorney, stating that they were getting ready to do a "legal protest against my personal banking", and to have me or my attorney contact them immediately. They called my job and my personal phone. Please help. Thanks.

hey i am new to here but have the same problem a lot of people have. To many payday loans. I live in California and I closed my account on my lenders and told them that i would make payments if they would send me a physical address to send the payments to. They constantly call me at work and say if i don't make the payments they will just take it out of my tax refund. Can they do that?

what are my chances of making payment arrangements for the 1700.00 they say he owes, should i go for it?

Hi, I have been in the collections industry for about 5 years now and a friend and myself are interested in starting a collection agency. We have done a lot of research but we would like to learn from someone who has been through the grind and can give us insight on what to expect and maybe give us some insight on where to obtain the neccessary knowledge and training to successfully run a collection agency. When I say we are in the beginning stages of this adventure I mean it!

I sent an email to them yesterday, another one today, and first I received a phone call from them stating my account is considered paid in full. I still owed them $115. I asked her to send me an email confirmation of our conversation. See their email and the letter I sent them below.

I've searched all over the web and can't seem to find the owner of this number. They called my mother-in-law (who lives in NC, I live in PA) about 3 weeks ago looking for me. I was in labor at the time and didn't get the message until afterwards. They left a voicemail on her answering machine saying they were looking for me and that there were going to be 3 civil suits filed against me on Monday the 14th of December. They said they were being filed against my social security number and drivers license. They left the number 866-730-2121 and a reference number.

I am sure many of you have noticed that I have several signature links at times and change them as I see necessary for one reason or another!
