I'm another one who let myself get into the PDL mess. I have seven PDLs with storefronts and I can't afford to reloan because of other emergencies that have come up. I want to settle with the companies, but I'm not sure how. I want to do the EPP with them, but if each company wants four payments of $75, then I can't afford that either. Is it possible to enter an EPP with the companies and then extend it past the four payments? Also, can the EPP payments be once a month?

Recieved a letter recently, from the following: Alpine Credit Inc 7910 Ralston Road Ste 4 Arvada, CO.

I am in need of some support right now. I am getting really nervous about these 2 companies. Oneclickcash & Unitedcashloans (same company) they have sent me a e-mail on 12/26 from their recovery dept. so when I tried to go to the website and enter my settlement offer it refuses and goes back to the $800 & $720 they say I owe (really I owe $300 & $200) tonight and automated system called asking me to call them back. I have not done this so far. Does anyone have any advise for me. How hard are they to deal with? I have filed all my complaints against them and have sent e-mails to them too.

I have a court date of January 15th besides getting a Interrogatorie forms to complete I also received a debt settlement letter from the lawyers' office. I called the original creditor for the credit card to try to settle with them. They informed me that the account was with NCI Legal. I asked if the account was sold since it was charged off as a bad debt and could not get a straight answer from them. My question is, if I counter offer for a lower settlement amount, will that be admitting the debt is mine in case we cannot settle and it goes to court?

I wanted to know if you can get debt consolidation of a secured loan with Citifiniancial. they are difficult to work with and even sometimes dishonest to us..?

Hello. I have just had the life scared out of me and I need help. I took out an online payday loan thru Cashnet USA in July for $1500 and was on a leave from work due to hi-risk pregnancy at the time I was stil getting paid which then they denied my claim and quit paying me I lost income and then my job altogether. My bank account then went negative and the postdated e-check did not clear, then, in september the bank closed my account.

I live in Tn and have a pdl through payday one and have paid them off twice but now have another balance with them.I increased my loan amount with them just to have the money to make their payment and im in over my head.The interest is killing me! I do not have the money to keep paying them.I can only afford to pay them $100 per month but my payment is around $300 per month.My payment is debited by ACH from my checking account and I can't close my account because all my other bills are set up as ACH as well.I like my bank and want to stay with them for the location convienience.

I have had bad debt for a while. Nonetheless, I have two car payments, a mortgage, school loans, and some small personal loans that I have proven good payment on for years. My FICO, 560, 590, and 620. I have a paid tax lien of $300 from the state. I disputed this through CRA and at least one has come back as item validated and did not remove it. I have a few medical debts that need paid off. I also have 3 credit cards that are about 80% of total allowable credit. My question, where to start? Where do I get the biggest band for my buck. I have some extra money right now.

Can someone give me some information on a company called the DAAN group? In my research I have come across them and their so-called "DAAN module" product and it seems fishy to me. I can't finda report on their company on the BBB website and I can't find a single complaint about them. However reading up on their practices it just seems like all they do is cease a debtor from being called. Their reasoning seems circular and their operation seems even more odd...
