I seem to delete a lot of SPAM in the mod section from two authors - Dasplottals and Gilsladmill they seem to share the same IP address 199.15.234.2 any way to block them?

I need some good advice. For months I.have been trying to stop the payday hamster wheel, to no avail. I never have enough and keep.having to take another loan out to pay for the other. Now, my car needed lots of repairs, rent is due and since the payments are y automatically drafted from my bank account, I am already overdrawn. I would rather not take out any other loans because I don't want to get further in debt. The loans are with Cashnet USA $700.00 and ACE cash express $900.00. I renewed for the last time on cashnet but have only been able to make the minimum payment.

Obviously he is not here with a debt problem.

I have a loan with Kwik Cash Online. They are from Irvine Ca. Are they legit? Can they sue me?

Resident I MA, took 3 loans out all 3 for $500 first 2 paid back in full on time for $650 each, last one I was unable to pay tried to set up payment plan told me they don't do that so I closed account. Called to make payments said I now owe $850.00. I understand they are illegally lending but don't know what to do or what my rights are. Wonder if anyone has done this with Another lender who operate illegally.

I have 3 loans out (Ace cash express, The Cash store, and Cash net USA). All which are legal lenders i believe. I live in Texas and can no longer make these payments, I want to pay them all off, but will be left with no rent or money for bills. I dont know what else to do. Calling these companies they tell me i have no options, but the true fact is i must find one! I have every intention of paying them off, but with 2 occurring every month, and 1 every 2 weeks, I'm completely stuck.

Loan with cash call. Refused to pay over my states usury rate. Now reporting to Equifax and Experian. I have talked to CB's on a number of occasions. No one seems to understand the "payday lending is illegal in the state of PA" thing. I have disputed, went through the fraud department of CB's etc. Still cannot get it off. Any suggestions. When I tell the CB's it is an illegal lender they tell me they follow the Federal rules not state rules. Extremely frustrating

I have sent my letters to the following ameriloan, Vip loan shop, Usfastcash and ideal gelt. I tried logging in to my ameriloan account and the usfastcash account it says they are due today. Just wondering if anyone else had gotten this.
