Impact Cash, PDL Ventures etc..etc..

Just received this from the BBB of WA On July 10, 2009 the BBB confirmed with the FBI that complaints are accepted and concerns addressed through the government web site, www.ic3.gov for internet business transactions. This includes companies operating from Native American tribal land. SO don't let these people tell you that because they are on tribal land that they are exempt from the FBI etc.... thinking I will go ahead and file one with the FBI as well since the daily emails to them don't seem to be enough.

Store Front Bad Check? Cops calling me??

16 years 5 months ago
I got in a huge mess with pay day loans--- and I started having a hard time keeping up with some of the ones that went into default. Anyway, when I closed the account for some other lenders, it bounced the checks for a couple store fronts. One of them is a little local company called Cash2Day. They are in Tennessee. They called me, I called back to try to get in touch with someone, but never heard back. They called my references. I called to try to arrange a payment, didnt hear back.

5 Storefronts in Ohio - Need Help! Any Company to help or try to fix on my own?

16 years 5 months ago
Hi I live in Ohio and I am trying to deal with 5 storefront payday loans. I listed below the estimates of what I owe. 1. National Check Cashiers $600 2. Cashland $385 (paid $200) 3. Always Payday $350 4. Checksmart $700 I have no clue what to do. I talked to one creditor and she wanted $200 payments, which I made one, but can't afford that. I want to find a company to help me, but don't know who to go with. I talked to a few companies and they all want money up front or it's too expensive.

Help

My husband was just served papers to appear in court for 7500.00 by Asset Acceptance. There is nothing on my husbands credit report showing this debt. And we think his brother stole my husbands ID and opened it. How do I go about getting proof this is my husbands debt or not?

Pay Less Than Monthly Minimum vs Paying Nothing

16 years 5 months ago
Hi, I'm about 45k in credit card debt and would like to try DIY Settlement before filing bankruptcy. I haven't missed any credit card payments yet, but can't afford the monthly minimum payment any longer on 3 of the 5 credit cards. I was wondering if paying less than the minimum (around 25%) on the 3 cards I can't afford has any advantages to paying nothing at all when trying to negotiate a settlement offer.
