i have a few pdl names i would like to know if they are licensed to lend in pa: SDS Processing Wages Fast Payment Direct Online DJR Group Ameriloan mycashnow thanks alot ahead of time, went through some tough times and had to get loans now i am struggling like everyone else on here it seems and i am starting to explore my options. any other help on how to write my letters to them would also help i am really in the dark with this stuff.

I live in FL and currently have 2 payday loans from the internet that I cannot pay. I know about the Florida law but am not sure how to use it when it comes to internet PDL's. I get paid on 12/4 and have fees coming out for these payday loans. What are my options? Do I have enough time to close my acct or put a deposit only hold on it. Please help time is running out.

Im currently 60 days past due with chase. I owe them $3700. I received a call from them today and offered me to settle the acc for $1600. Now they say that it will show as "account settled with 0.00 balance" in my credit report. Is this status bad for my credit report? Can I negotiate something different like "paid in full"?

Me and my husband have 40k unsecure dept , payments of $900 plus a month his company is going under and sidejobs are not enough to pay even the min. I can not get any of the companies to even consider reducing the payments. never had a late payment in 20 years. any suggestions

I closed my Bank of America checking account today. The lady there said that after tonight nothing can reopen the account except a deposit and even that only for a certain amount of time. Is this true? I asked about balance hold, deposit only, freeze...and nothing. They said it;s not necessary. If nothing is pending today the account shall be closed for good tommorrow.

Chase sent a letter offering 60%. Called them & they said they could settle 60% on all 4 accts. with them (ranging from 2 months to 157 days). I said I would have to ask to borrow the money. Called them back and they said they could submit 30% for approval. Went over all the due dates, amounts, etc. during the 1+ hour phone call. They transferred me to a supervisor to "see" if I could get approved for their 30% offer. Then the supervisor kept me on hold awhile & came back with 42%. He did say to call back next week.

I live in Kentucky, and have three IPDL's that are killing my bank account. They are from cash transfer centers, cashpoint USA, and integrity advance. What is the best way to proceed on these to get rid of them once and for all?

Well, I fell into the trap and before I knew it I had 7 loans out. I have not defaulted or failed to pay any of them as of yet. However, next week I will not be able to afford refinances and my car/insurance payment. I know that the obvious choice is to prioritize the car payment. But how do I go about stopping the refinances/payments from happening? I am totally unsure on that first step to stopping this. Do I close the bank account? Just put a block on all ACH debits? End my direct deposit? Also how do I pay them? The most I can afford is about $200 per paycheck(twice monthly).

I know I need to close my bank account and get a new one. The problem is it will take a couple of weeks to get my direct deposit switched to a new account and and have everything clear my old account. I have loans coming due on 12/11. I don't think I can get my old account closed by then. Would it be enough to just place a stop pay on those payments and revoke my ACH with them? Any advice?
