How does not paying and settling PDL's affect teletrack and getting a checking account in the future?

I have a loan with Zip19.com. They do not allow rollovers but they offer reloans the same day. Therefore i keep doing reloans every 2 weeks. I know they are illegal in Ohio. So my question is can the fees they I have paid for the reloans go toward my principal balance when I settle with them?

I know this is a little off of the main avenue of this site, but this is the pub and this is where we can all raise a question or two that is non debt related. I was recently given the national distribution rights to this plant. It is called the Cyber Plant and can exist for months without water and can be hung anywhere. When I first saw it I thought OK it's nice! But after an hour or so of thinking I saw it in all the Florida Gift Shops, Hotel Gift Shops, Hospital Gift Shops, Natural Food Stores, Convenience Stores and on and on!

Hello everyone. I have 4 Payday Loans (all storefronts): Advance America - $587.50 Check Into Cash- $235 Express Check Advance- $587.50 Cash Express- $470 Those are the amounts with interest. I'm in Alabama. I want to know if I will be able to make arrangements with these companies individually, or should I consolidate? Also, the checking account was closed BY THE BANK for completely different reason, not by me.

Is ace cash express legal in Nebraska? I took out a payday loan for 352 and now owe them. I keep having this company from New York calling me. Its called Advance Credit Recovery. They said if i don't pay now they are taking me to court for writing a fraudulant check. I'm pretty sure My bank account was open when i wrote it but im not sure. It got closed around same time. Will i go to jail? or what will happen to me. Should I be worried?

Hello all, Like everyone else here, I have too many PDLs outstanding. They are all Internet lenders. I spent some time on the phone today trying to get PIFs on the ones where the lenders already have recouped their money: Integrity Advance: borrowed $500; paid to date $1135 USFastCash: borrowed $400; paid to date $945 Loanpoint USA: borrowed $600; paid to date $1260 Loanpoint was willing to settle for the amount paid plus this week's rollover fee of $180 (total paid $1440). The two others refuse to budge. Have any Californians had success in dealing with these outfits?

Ok- I've settled 2 of my 8 CCs- working on a 3rd. I called Capitol One yesterday and I'm now 91 days past due with that card with around $3300 of a balance. The rep said my account "is not eligible for a settlement at this time and I don't know if it will ever be eligible". I asked why it was not eligible and he could not give me a reason. Are they just stringing me along or are there really some good reason why they would refuse a settlement? My guess is that the account isn't delinquent enough but that they will settle eventually, but just wanted to see what everyone else thought. Thanks!

Has anyone had any experience with Payday One. I am still current but keep rolling the loan over so I never get ahead. I'm wanting to work out a payment plan with them. I live in Ohio I'm not sure if they legal in Ohio or not. Can someone please help?

Hello, I have been contacted by a Frank Otto of United Capital representing Payday Loan Yes. He actually called my boss. I have revoked ACH authorizations, but now wondering if I should get a debt consolidation company because I cannot even find out if the companies I've dealt with have licenses with Florida as they won't tell me. I've tried to look up laws concerning internet PDL's in Florida, but I don't think they have laws for the internet ones, just the storefronts.
