With the holidays and all, I stress about bad credit....I've worked very hard for a couple of years at restoring it, but my score is still around 600. It stinks cause there's nothing else I can do, I can't get rid of the collections I have on there for a couple more years. My student loan is current. And I have no credit cards, and i'm nervous about applying. I guess i'm just wondering who's in a similar boat, shackled by a poor score. If so, what have you been able to do to help your situation at all?

I have already spend more than $1000 for repayment of my debt through them and up till now, nothing was paid to my creditors and Fedility Reserves is claiming that they do not know me. If I have what it takes I would have sued them and now I have nothing I need your help.

I signed a stipulation to judgment after a mediation case to avoid court. When checking online on the Docket of court cases...it's showing my case as "Adjudicated" and is showing the entire amount I was being sued for under "Judgments." Is this normal? I though a stipulation to judgment is not in fact a judgment so why would it currently show the entire judgment amount that would be due if I defaulted on my stipulation? Is a stipulation to judgment still a judgment? I'm just curious as to why its displaying the entire amount I was sued for if we stipulated...

Hi, I was looking at my credit report yesterday after reading a lot of posts and articles on this site. (Great information by the way, now I'm moving forward in doing things I didn't even know I could do.) Anyway, I have a debt that has been in the hands of a collection agency for months. However, the collection agency themselves do not have an entry on my credit report as far as I can tell.

Can aperson sue a collection agency that repeatedly calls you when you do owe the debt, but a relative does? I have a male from Pentagroup, ph. # 703-291-9026 that is calling me as early as 8:00 am and I have asked him repeatedly, to stop calling my house as I don't owe them anything, yet he continues to call. What can I do to stop the calls?

I spoke to a collection agency called pencor for my account today with Discover Sam's club. They picked up on the first ring, here is the number 866 481 2385. Well I spoke to them and at first they would not tell me who they were before I gave them my account number, at first I was skeptical but they mailed me a letter and the people from Discover directed me to that number. At first he offered to cut the finance charge in half and stop all of the late fees, my card will be charged off next month.

I was wondering if someone had a similar situation in the past and could give me some ideas as to what my options are for getting out of this particular case of debt. My wife and I have $28,000 dollars in unsecured debt (credit cards). We have a mortgage with $282,000 remaining on it, and no other debt.

Im so mad right now i have used checkngo online for more than a yr and have great history. Well my account info changed and i called it in and they still ran it under the old number. I called to talk about it. And she told me as soon as it gets returned im being sent to collection. I told her i want to pay it. She refused to talk about it and told me they will be calling me. Has anyone delt with them. Im kind of scared the way she was on the phone. I live in california. Please help
