I got call for 716-362-0391...it's the same company for CashNetUSA. They said they were filing fraud charges against me for taking a loan and then closing my checking account. I asked the guy, "Exactly how are you filing charges with me if you are not a law enforcement body i.e. police department." He started telling me that I was just "stupid and crazy" word for word.

Doing yet more research on Chapter 13. My husband is hesitant to pursue this route as it may affect his military security clearance. I may file alone and take the hit. From my research, due to our income, we'd be dong a 100% repay on our debt. I feel certain I can include all debt that is in my name only as well as joint accounts. Since we'd be at 100% repay, our joint account creditors could not go after my husband. In theory, this shouldn't affect his credit score since the BK is in my name and all debt is being repaid.

I've tried 3 times to email MyCashnow at [EMAIL="support@mycashnow.com"]support@mycashnow.com[/EMAIL], only to have it bounce back as undeliverable...despite the fact that they emailed me my loan approval from this address. What gives, I wonder?

I just enrolled with Destination Debt Solutions, My program doesn't get into effective 12/04/09. What should I do if I have lenders calling my job. I had a lady call from Ace Cash Services and I told her I can't have personal calls and she keep me on the phone she said they will stop calling if I come up with a payment plan. Then I had a foreign guy call and ask for me but I pretended that I was someone else and told him that she (which is me) doesn't work here? Can someone help

They attached a form credit card agreement in support of their complaint (LOL - the same one is used for all complaints they file for this alleged OC). They have not validated anything despite my written requests. I am so happy that we will be filing a complaint in district court for violations of the FDCPA. They cannot prove anything and I publicly spit on them. Thanks Fred, happy holidays to me!

What criteria are they looking for on a credit report to be approved? I have a question, what is a voluntary wage assignment? I thought you had to go to court in order for your wages to be garnished? So these payday loan people can just mail in paperwork and get you wages garnished? That just doesn't seem like it would be legal

I saw a commercial for a company that will re-fi your auto loan. Anyone ever heard of "automodnow.com" ? It sounds too good to be true.
