My boyfriend owns a small business, he is leasing two credit card machines for his business (a three year contract). They automatically deduct the rent for these machines monthly ($119.00) from his business account, plus additional fees depending on how much the business uses the machines, it's a percentage. Anyway, his business was WAY down this year. We decided to revoke this companies right to debit his account and make the payments with a paper check, that is until he files BK.

I had been making payments on my loans attempting to finalize the payments, then for certain reasons fell behind and missed a few. I haven't heard from a few of the pdl's in sometime now, over a month. Some like kingston, rbt and pdl ventures I haven't heard from in even longer What I'm wondering is should I try and get in touch with them or wait till they try and get back in touch with me?

Hi, Does anyone have info regarding dealing with Zwicker, in MA? Zwicker & Assoc IS a valid law firm, licensed in MA as well as other states. They have an account from Chase. What I am attempting to determine is whether chase is their client or if zwicker bought the debt. If anyone has some concrete answers I would more than appreciate them!

OK People need a lil help here. I have 3 pay day loans out.right now wait let me change that now i have 2. The last Pay day loan i got was last Friday had car trouble. Wednesday morning i wake up and check my account and i am sitting negative 64 Dollars.. I am thinking to myself why did Cash USA take the money so early come to find out when i applied for the pay day loan last week i applied for a theft protection and some kind of other membership and the checks look very fake.

A friend of mine was talking a lot about his recent vacation on an yacht. After listening to his stories I was wondering if I can afford a vacation on an yacht too. I have no idea what it can cost, and what the charges would be. I would like to hear from someone who has been on an yacht to tell me whether or not I can afford it.

Hello, I'm actually in the process of filing bk right now thanks to ALOT of cc debt and two car loans that the payment was just too much after loosing my job. My question is, my husband and I had to use PDL's at one point and they caught up with us too and we couldn't afford them so we have let them go, which in turn ended up over drawing the bank (NSF fees, OD Fees, etc..) after they cashed the checks, and the checks that bounced, we still owe to the PDL companies. Obviously, we can not afford them right now, nor can we afford the bank fees.
