Ok, so I got a dunning letter from CTI for an illegal payday lender. I fired off a DV letter on 10/22 and in said letter I prohibited them from calling my work... today they called my work and left a message (which I saved). I did file a complaint with the FTC immediately but what else can I do. They have not sent me any validation and know they are not allowed to call my work phone.

From Ameriloan and USFastCash: "We recognize this complaint as a response to a template of a form letter circulating the Internet. This form letter is full misleading and inaccurate information. Unless this customer has a specific complaint regarding the handling of their account, we do not believe a response is warranted.

Does anyone have the contact info for these people? They're on my credit report and the creditor they claim they are collecting for gave me an address but the certified receipt was sent back to me as undeliverable.

I tried using the template on this website to contact the collection agencies that have contacted me in regards to valid debt. I sent the letter registered mail to the collection agencies and received denial letters from each of the agencies I contacted. Now how do I proceed?

Hello, I have an outstanding debt w/ Dell Financial Services that I would like to go ahead and take care of now. The debt has been sent to Valentine and Kebartas. They have called me repeatedly over the past few months but I have let the calls go to voicemail (and I end up getting a blank voicemail from them as a result). I have called and asked for information to be mailed to me(im weary of handling this over the phone), to no avail.

Doctors Office took insurance card, month later sent me bills. How do I handle this type of issue? Any example letters?

Hi forum, When my wife and I got married, she had some credit card debt. We worked really hard the first four years of our marriage to pay off that debt and we did. Recenlty, We had to relocate because of work (really, the lack there of) and we had to rely on some credit cards to get by while we looked for employment. This is the first time in my life that I saw how easy it is to build up credit card debt - and that I really don't know to much about avoiding debt, or getting out of debt.

Anyone know of any websites or any information where I can get a cheap flight? Discounts, coupon codes? Which site is the best in locating the cheapest flight? Thanks!! Also, any pet friendly flights?

I have 5 credit cards with chase. 2 of them have a combined balance of $38,000 and were sent to MRS. I made a 5 payment settlement with them at 18%. 1 had a balance of $5500 and in middle of negotiating a 15% settlement (they want it in 1 payment and I want to split it up). The remaing 2 cards have a combined balance of $54,000 and were sent to an attorney Brad Layton in Woodbridge NJ who is not willing to offer me anything below 90% and they sent me a summons. That's a total of $97,500. Aside from these I have close to another 200k in cc. I settled a BOA card of $37,000 for 15%.
