I am certainly in PDL hell. Currently I have 7 loans out and am current, but my checking account is now negative due to the charges and I am behind on everything else. I don't think I can close my checking account since it is negative so I am not sure what to do next. Here are my outstanding loans: Kingston Financial - $300 - pd $534 in fees so far 500Fast Cash - $275 - pd at least $300 in fees Integrity Advance - $500 - pd $900 in fees PayDayLoans - $850 - pd $600 in fees East Side Lenders - $300 - pd $270 in fees Cash Direct - $400 - pd $848 if fees I am not sure what to do next.

Hello, After reading a lot of posts on here, it seems that the first thing to do is close my bank account. I have reopened one at Chase, but I currently have my PDL online companies scheduled to debit on Friday and Monday. Can anyone please give me some helpful information on how I can accomplish this task? I'm really worried. I've contacted Langehorn Debt Solutions and I'm planning on signing up with them Tomorrow or today. I just need to know what my options are with Bank of America. I've read that it's hard.

Any one heard of them?

I closed my bank account yesterday at CharterOne and tried to get them to do a hard hold on it but the woman I was dealing with said they couldn't do that.Amazingly, today I went into a different branch and explained that I didn't want anymore ACH withdrawals done on my account because of the pdls(just like I told the person yesterday) and the guy took care of it just like that!Anyway I should have printed up my statements before I closed out the account though because now I don't have any records of how much I have paid because the account was paperless and I can't access the info on line an

I have a friend who got a call from a CA re: an overpayment for contracted services for the USPS (he was contracted to haul intracity mail.). They're threatening garnishment or federal tax refund offset. No forplay, no dunning letter, no nothing. We'll get a DV letter out to them as soon as he gets something in the mail, and I've got him ripping apart his files for anything relating to this contract. Meanwhile, here's the question: Can they get an administrative garnishment, as would be the case with defaulted student loans or military out-of-service pay?

I have a debt that is on my credit report from RJM ACQUISITIONS LLC -But is from a creditor that i do owe in and the SOL has not ran out I spoke with a rep and she indicated that I could pay half I requested for her to send to me in writing that if I pay this amount would they removed from my credit report. Once they since me this letter and a meet my obligations would they have the right to come back after me for the remaining portion.

I have 5 payday loans. They are all from the internet. The companies are: Up Front Cash$500 Check City $325 PayDay One $500 Cash Transfers Center $280 Cash Net USA $500. I read from another post that you could do a settlement yourself by going through your state corporate commission office, but I have been unable to find that information. Does anyone know who to contact for the state of Missouri?

I got a phone call this morning from a debt collector at Williams & Fudge. I got a letter in the mail from them last Friday in reference to a relatively small student loan I had taken out years ago with Citibank. They were offering to settle at 85%. Up until last week I had never heard a peep from these people. Not via mail, not via phone, not at all.

I was not able to sign in at all at home. I use my house desktop or my laptop with wireless. Now when I try to sign on at work, I can sign on, but i wrote a nice long post and got a message that the post will not be published until a moderator looks it over. What is going on. Am I being punished for something. If you dont want me posting or on your site, just let me know.

Has anyone srttled with chase for around 35%. If so, what department did you speak to
