Hello all, Well I am here again with a problem....My other problem with Resurgent that I posted about is in the lawyers hands now. Waiting to hear more from them. Any whooo... My new problem: I have been paying Salute CC card now (like my other debts) since February 2009. In May 2009, I received a letter from Jefferson Capitol and then P.Scott Lowery, on this cc debt. I sent a DV to them and never heard back. So in September 2009, I pulled my credit report and they (Jefferson)are listed on it. I sent another DV to them both and the 3 CB's disputing this.

wow, talk about new and inventive ways to steal your money... In digging through my junk folder I found an email from one of the illegal offshore PDL companies I am currently battling with. I had sent them a C&D and requested copies of loan docs so I was looking for an attachment. But before I could open it it triggered my anti-virus program, which immediately isolated it.

Hello, does anyone have any info on this pdl company? I think they are over seas. thanks

Maybe someone researching PDL's will see this: After learning the hard way and doing a lot of research on the various payday loan operatives it is very clear that they freely pass your financial info around. If you see a deposit from StarCash Processing and did not apply with them you can thank whoever you DID apply with for giving them your info - even if (esp. if!) all you did was 'shop around' with one of the online brokerages. Think of it this way - would you cheerfully respond to one of those Nigerian scam emails by giving them your name, address, birthdate, social and bank info?

Please help me! I really do not know what to do and I feel as if my situation is getting worse by the minute! I am in dire need of a personal loan for the amount of $3,000.00...ASAP!!! I have a low credit score, and do not own any property/vehicle. I was sucked into the never ending payday loan nightmare, because of these loans my bank account is overdrawn over 1500.00! I currently work a full time job and get direct deposit. I get paid tomorrow, I can not have my employer stop the direct deposit, they are able to do it next week.

I sent this company a C & D letter and they sent my account to collections to a company named SRS Associates and this people are telling me that on OCT 16 a shierff will be bring papers for court if I do not settle. what should I do? I do not have money to pay a lawyer.

what is debt settlement

After a very long 3 years, we have filed our BK on 8/28 and had our 341 this morning, everything looks good. So now its make the payments for about 2.5 years and we will be truly done!!!! I've not been on in a while, but wanted to let all my buddies here now, I'm doing well and finally on the road to financial recovery:) Hope all is well with all of you, Reny
