Has anyone heard of american debt services out of California

I need to know if putting a person other than my husband like my son or mother on my accounts would stop any collector from being able to pull any money from my accounts. Or does it make no difference who is on the bank account. I am the only one on the credit cards accounts.

Is United Cash Loans and One Click Cash legal in California? I have read they are not but I need to know for now...2009

I have about 20K in debt. I own a home that is paid for in another state, thats worth 75K. I do not want to sell it. But I would rather get some kind of Debt Consolidation loan, that just pays off my debt, nothing more. The question is? Is there such a program? If so how safe are they? Hello all. We have around 45k in cc debt and want to start settling with the CA's. I know that any foregiven debt over $600 we will get a 1099C. So I was wondering if that was total or per card? Also, if a CA is willing to delete from credit report, do you know if I can get the original creditor to change its status to settled or something similar?

Hey all! I, like many here, have gotten into some payday loan trouble. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated on how to deal with the collection calls. I've read through quite a few responses, so I think I've included all the necessary information, but if not just let me know what else anyone might need to provide any advice. They are all internet sites, but I live in Texas, so I wasn't sure if they are required to follow Texas laws.

From what I have read Discover Card is tough to settle with. Has anyone settled with them lately? If no, what is your status, ie. sue??

Hello, I have been reading on this site several of the threads. The following are my loans... PayDayOne $1000 + $122.50fees online CashAdvanceNetwork $500 + $150fees online I am located in KY. So far I have changed my bank account as Credit Only and set up a new account. This was with the bank manager's help and advice. Talk to your bank, they will help! I am working up a letter and email to send to the PDLs right now. I have to figure up how much I have paid them so far in fees. What else should I be doing? Thanks for you help.
