I contacted his agency and he spoke to me himself. Everything I read about him suggests he is legit but that everything has been on the internet thusfar. We all know how reliable that is. Is he for real? I hope so but want to make sure before proceeding further.

After 18 months they are finally settling my personal injury case.Now,because the bankruptcy attorney didnt file papers a month ago,when I told her we settled I have 2 options,which btw,I offered to pay the under 10k owed,including unsecured.This would be option 1)pay off bankruptcy,which would mean wait 60 days to see any money from the settlement........or 2)bankruptcy attorney says ask for a discharge,takes 72hrs,I get my money......ok,I want to opt for #2,recovering from surgery,cant work,an cant pay bills...electric company wont wait 60 days,and yesterday diagnosed with extreme stress,hai

hey I have a situation and need some advice please. I was having some car troubles and fell behind on my loan, eventually it got charged off on my credit and was sent to CIR. The rep I was dealing with said that my lender wanted to settle in the amount of $7500 dollars, I advised her that I would ask around or try to get a loan. Well now CIR has put a judgment on me for a way larger amount than the original debt. The rep. never called me nor sent me some summons letter. she stated that I had to inccur there lawyer fees for court and all this other stuff.

I'm curious. How many of you have had luck with sending unsolicited debt settlement offer letters?

hi...i've been dealing with a collection agency called GC Services...they are helping me to get into the William D Ford program...my loan was through NYSHESC....so NYS apparently assigned my defaulted loan to them..... well i just got off the phone with a rep from GC...she seemed to be rushing me through the application on over the phone....anyways i have 2 questions.... first there are several boxes to chose from on the william d ford application in terms on what kind of loan i want....there are standard, graduated, fixed payments extended, graduated payments extended, and income contingent

Another deadbeat collecter trying to collect on some bull They have been calling me at work and my cell for the past two days leaving the same ole speech they all use; wishing me good luck and saying, "May God save you" yadda yadda yadda. This time they are from the Federal Credit Department of US Government..LOL. That's a new one to me, I wonder if they have a drawing of what company name they are going to use for the week. He told me is name is Gary Simon and the caller ID is stating 810-671-485 (not even a full number) but the call back number he gives is 949-202-4673.

I had a Student Loan in Texas from Panhandle and I defaulted on it and now it went to a debt collection agency called Texas Guaranteed. Well I tried to talk to them and they told me I was behind $800 and in order for me to come up with a payment plan I need to come up with half by October 28th and then they can set me up with payments of $50 to $70. I owe them $4,379.02. She told me if I dont come up with the money then they are gona garnish my wages by 15 %.

Good evening everyone! I feel like a posting fool today, but I need to get squared away so I can get my debts paid off (before my school loan payments start in April!) Anyway, I want to work with the original creditor on a couple of credit card accounts, and was wondering if there was a good letter that I could use for this purpose. I'm going crazy. I don't know where to go, who to ask. I made a huge mistake by taking a payday loan online, and to make end meet I took another one, now they are withdraw the money from my bank and I'm basically left with nothing. I want to pay them but I don't want them to keep withdrawing the money. By the time I get paid I don't have money left for my kids, please help, can I reguest for the bank to stop the withdraw until I can find a way to paid them, from Florida :(:(:(:(
