I have had 2 scary calls from JCCS telling me they have my personal information and this an urgent that I should have my attorney call them. They have called my daughter and a friend that I listed as contacts one time when I applied for a PDL loan. Who is JCCS? They are back east I am in CA, they are never there and have no presence on the web that I can find.

I am dealing with my act of getting 4 storefrront payday loans in Kentucky~ I have one with FastPayDay, one with Payday USA and then two with Cash Express. I tried to check and see if i could get extended payment plans but appearantly that is not possible with any of them. These loans just went default last week and to my knowlege have not actually gone to collections.

I read that you should include in that letter if they owe you a refund. Could someone give me some advice on what to do with that. I have the main letter, but I need to add in that they owe ME. I know it may not happen, but it is worth a try.

Hello all I am new but really in the need of assistance. I live in Arkansas and have five payday loans what can I do. I want to know if these companies are legit and what right do I have. I have closed my account and did all the necesssary paper work with my bank It has been closed now for about three weeks. The following companies I used are US Fast Cash-350 paid 200, Panamcash.com 600 paid 300, discountadvances.com 660 paid 300, united cash loans 400-paid 180,goodtimecash 100 paid 180. I have made payment arragements but they want me to pay like 300 or 400 over for finance charges.

I have posted several times in ref to my Internet pdls and slowly buy surely I am getting out of that trap~ right now I am needing some advice about my storefront pdls. I have four and I just last week defaulted on all of them. I contacted each and told them of my financial situation and that I am fully willing to pay each one off but would hav to do so in payments. They all said that they didn't accept payments and that they would be turning the checks over to their coorprt offices at which point they would normally file to take me to court.

...What if your credit card company refuses your request to lower your monthly payments? Then what,consider moving your businessor just accept and continue as usual?

I wanted to verify that these lenders are illegal in Kentucky. I was trying to find out what place it says exactly that Internet payday loans are illegal in Kentucky. I have 3 and my fiance has 2...I know, stupid right?! I have one with: Clearwater Bay Marketing: borrowed 200 paid 300 One Click Cash: borrowed 350 paid 420 Ameriloan: borrowed 200 paid 350 His two are through DJR Group, not sure what he actually got, or paid MMG not sure about this one either I also do not have any physical addresses on these places...can anyone help me??
