Can we get rid of this word?? This used in the UK and in India. This side of the pond it should be "cash" like "How to cash in your points" Using the wrong term can be confusing.

As seems to be the norm around here, I am swimming in PDL debt. I have closed out my account and am promptly working on sending out ACH revocations, but I was curious about one of the lenders. So far I have loans with: Cashcall/WS Great Plains Lending Plain Green Loans Lendingbooth.com Ameriloan Cashnetusa 500fastcash From what I have gathered by looking on this site, it seems that Cashnetusa is the only "Legal" lender, but I havent heard anything about Lendingbooth.com. Does anyone know anything on this one? Also, most of my loans have an overpaid principal.

Cash Jar is killing my bank account I live in oregon and took out aloan and now they have their loan amount plus more, are they legal to operate in oregon is there something I can do to stop them taking half my $$$

I made arrangements on the phone regarding my past due amount and they still insist on calling. I thought once you spoke to them and made financial arrangements and stuck to them; the calls are supposed to stop.

Since 12/2008 I have had five major surgeries, several hosp stays and numerous er visits,tests,dr, visits. We have insurance that we pay for ourselves$1100 a month, $5700 deductable in network and 17,000 out of network, pay bills when we can needless to say still ongoing care and cant keep bills straight. live in georgia, where can i get help with this? no credit cards, no savings, old car, mortgage 30,000, cant get additional money debt to income ratio, dont really know where to start, takes most everything to keep insurance paid.

I am still trying to determine if Ace is legal or not. I tool out at PDL online in the amount of $350 I have since paid 277.17 of it with all the fees. I know that Ace has storefront stores here in my city in Columubs. Anyone know if they are legal or illegal. Thank You

I’m in Akron (Alabama) and handling a serious debt issue. I owed more than $40,000 to Chase. The date of last payment on the credit card was March 14, 2010. I have been served by Pride Acquisitions. I have sent a reply to the summons. I have written in the letter that they’re not the original creditor. So, they don’t have any right to serve me summons. Will this help to stop the process?
