In an attempt to get some money back in my hands I played online "skill based" games called worldwinner.com - to me it is gambling but they are fronting it as skill based gaming - things like solitare, Chuzzle, Bejeweled. You pay an entry fee and based on your score can win cash prizes. I had almost $1200 in entry fees last weekend. I closed my checking account on 9/14 and they managed to put through $380 in charges through my savings account with the credit union.

Can someone give me some input on this company. My husband took out a loan with paydayloanyes back in 07. They got 1 payment and after that my husbands account got messed up. Now Evans Law Associates is calling in reference to paydayloanyes. They are demanding monies and saying that they will have my husband arrested. There has been several people that has called my cell phone for my husband and when I ask can I take a message they say no they'll try later. The loan was for 200 and we reside in tn. Can someone please help me with this.I also want to know is paydayloanyes legal..

How on earth do you get your data removed completely from the credit rating companies...? I don't have credit at all, but I don't want anyone keeping information on me that I can't look at anytime that I want to without havng to pay for it.

I recently applied for a small installment loan with ThinkCash, who is backed by FBOD....I have dealt with FBOD before, and never had a problem. But as I get older and since I was a victim of identity theft last year (2 online PDL's were opened in my name and the companies STILL want their money from ME!), I got worried when I read the privacy statement on both TC and FBOD's websites that said they will sell my info to a 3rd party Does this mean they are selling them my checking account info, because you can't apply without it.

Hi Friends, My girlfriend has purchased some items from shop & she used my credit card to pay off them. You all know that, I can't avoide her. My question is that, Is this secure If i make other personas payments from my credit card. Will it effects my credit score. Please need wise suggesion. I got a letter from this company and it says at the top "the offices of" Federal Credit Corp P.O. BOX 599 Colleyville TX 76034. I am in Massachusetts, they are NOT licensed to collect in my state and they are not a registered corporation in my state. So that is illegal. The debt they are collecting on is over 6 years old I think pretty sure last payment was 2002. What should I do besides sending them a DV letter? Should I report them to the state or should I wait on that till they break the law more?

Ok so here is my update yesterday was d-day all my loans defaulted account was closed letters were sent on Monday and other then getting a pif from magnum no replies from anybody. My question is do I resend all the original letters today or do I need to send a different version or do I wait til it hits the fan next week? I am dealing with usfastcash, united cash, Integrity, and Cmg group..I am totally a basket case not eating just worried sick. I just feel like a big nothing. Please any and all help appreciated. Someone stole a personal check from me and took it to Bank of America in Memphis, TN for 750.00. The check had several errors.(1)it was signed on the left side in the (for)space. (2)it was written out for seventy hundred fifty dollars(3)no thumbprint (4) no i.d information on back(5)no endorsement and the funny part(6)the back is totally blank no bank inprint to show what account nor bank it went through. I did not find out until i checked my account balance and i called my personal bank BanCorpSouth in Jackson, TN. Either bank ever tried to contact me, my phone is nationwide.

Hi again, i have posted a few threads tonite, but I have found something that i want to know. When a summons is filed with a county clerks office does that summons go on file at the clerks office to be kept for records.

I have 4 storefront pdls. The total amount for them is about $900. I am about to default on them due to other financial difficulties. I was wondering if anyone knew about the process of working out payment plans with them. If that is something that they are obligated to do or not. I have every intention of paying them back as quickly as possible. but am scared that they will prosecute me on grounds of bank fraud or something. I am in Kentucky and really scared to death!!!! I am hoping that I can just work with them to make payment plans and stay out of court. any advice????
