My bank, BOFA, tells me they cannot put a hard block on ach trasnactions. They also tell me the business between myself and the pdl's are between me and them and they cannot block the upcoming withdrawals. In Kansas, I am FRUSTRATED!

First of all I want to thank everyone on here who responds with such great advice! I am working on getting my credit back...and have been over the past year or so since I started on this site. My problem today is that I got a call from a company that left a voicemail for either myself or my lawyer to call them back. Even when calling them back they NEVER say or let you know what company it is. Finally, this lady got on the phone and said I had big problems. I needed to pay the money today before 1 PM or they will be sending it in to my district court for stolen properties and bad checks.

Hi, received notice today that there is a hearing set for next week with Pinnacle credit services. It does not contain any information for the debt, or even who they are representing. I do not recall receiving any information from them and have had no correspondence with them that I can recall. Does anyone have any advice on how I should handle this ASAP, before a judgement is placed against me? Thank you.

Wells Fargo evidently recently charged off my $12,000 line of credit because it disappeared from online banking. Last payment I made was in March, so that's about 6 months. I have not heard anything from them since about the first 60 or 90 days I was late. Should I be worried about a surprise lawsuit? Should I be contacting them trying to resolve the matter (even though I lack funds for a settlement until at least January), or should I hold off and wait for them to approach me?

Does anyone have access to Montana PayDay loan laws and what the law is on closing your checking account if you have outstanding payday loans? I have some storefront and internet and I just finally got my account in the positive and am curious if I should close it and work with the local companies on a payment plan? I am just beginning to tackle this PDl problem of mine and need to know where to start. Any help is gratiously appreciated......... help from montana!

I hate how much money we as students need to borrow to get an education. It is ridiculous and after graduation it puts most in a rough situation. I know there is all kinds of debt relief programs out there but is that what we go to school for? I think tuition at most schools are way too high and they need to do the economy a favor and reduce costs and then maybe our nation wouldn't be in so much debt. Anyways, help me out here.

Has anyone in Washington filed for this motion and if so, how do you go about it? Is there any form/s to fill out, i didnt see anything available on the net. Do I just go to the courthouse and tell them clerk my case number and that I want to file this motion?

Just an FYI for everyone. I know I am extremely new here on the Boards and I am looking to dig myself out of this PDL hell I have been searching for a loan to consolidate all my PDL's into one to pay them off well I came across one offering $5000 to $10,000 depending on credit ect ect .. you fill it out and then it tells you a rep will be in touch.

Hello all, I have been lurking here the past couple of days trying to figure out what I am going to do. I have a bunch of PDL's out. My mother passed and I had to cover cost for the funeral and then lost my job two weeks later. I then made the bad decision to take out a loan, then another to cover the first, then one to cover rent ,, ect ect until I have come to this point now that my check when it comes it's gone ( I am back 2 work) and I can't pay any bills other then those.
