I have BoA CC and I paid the minimum payment on the 90days I'm late. Did I just reset the date for charge off? Will the date to start count is from the date I just made the recent payment?

Mann Bracken is suing my on behalf of target for 8200 dollars - they have offered to settle for 4078 if I can make a lump sum payment, but I have no where near that much money. I have offered to pay them monthly for 6 months, but they say if I want a monthly payment plan it has to be for the balance in full - Has anyone ever sucessfully gotten a payment plan on a settlement with them?? If you have how did you go about it? Did you talk to a specific person. Thanks for the help!

Just wondering if anyone has had any dealing with this company. It is the usual - you have defaulted on a payday loan, we need your attorney's information. If you do not provide this information we wish you the best of luck in what will be coming your way. I know they are just barking loudly and have put my earplugs in, but it's been 5 months since I paid the principal back to this company and I just started getting the calls today.

Has anyone dealt with Christian Debt Consolidators and what was your experience.

ER Solutions just hit me today for an alleged debt of $3,000 from Paypal that dates back to 2000 (9.5 years ago) LOL Not only is the debt fake, but the statute of limitations for collecting this debt (in CA) is 4 years, I believe. I've written them requesting proof of this debt. These guys are bottom feeders, so beware. I hope this helps someone who might have a similar situation.
