I have 5 payday loans: Cash Plus $300 Payday Loan Yes: $300 Payment Direct Online: $300 Star Cash Processing: $300 Eastside Lenders: $200 I have paid them all one payment of $90, except the last one I paid $45. My problem is that I have asked them all to not call me at work, and have sent them all letters and emails that I cannot have calls at work. They said it doesn't matter, and that they will keep calling as long as I owe them money and there is nothing I can do about it other than pay off my loans.

every day i get phone calls telling me i am going to jail, i did bank fraud etc, i can not take it anymore, i have talked to the great people on this forums, the police dept, the ag office, and a law firm all have tolde me that i did not comit a crimefor defaulting on a payday advance, but they call every day and say that i am getting charges pressed against me, i am on the brink i live in ohio shazzers and paul have been great i no i am driving 4everyone crazy on this board but i got 3 calls today telling me to get a lawyer because i am being procusited for writing bad checks , i am scared to

My wife and I have just over $125,000 in credit card debt. She has lost her job and I can no longer make the minimum payments. We are in the process of selling some of our assests and will get around $40,000. We would like to settle as much of the debt with the credit card companies,but I'm not sure we can do this on our own. Can someone reccomend a settlement company who we can trust ??

Me and my friend bought a home together as joint-owners. We refinanced that home together, and we got $200,000 out of it. I kept $55,000 of it to put as a down payment for another home, i let him borrow the rest of my $100,000 that belonged to me, so that he could put a another down payment for another home. He promised to pay me back within 4 months, of witch i didnt get a dime of. He basically was left with the two houses and i moved to the home in which i put the down payment on. For us to get the three homes we signed as joint-owners for all three houses.

Hello everyone- I am in some need of advice regarding a Chase credit card account. I reside in CA and I have a $17K balance on this card, due to a balance transfer done in March'09. I was able to make only two payments on it and then had to stop due to loss of income. I am three months behind and my account is in the pre-litigation department. I called them to see if they would offer some arangements, and offered to pay about $150/month.

shazzers or paul , ace cash express called me today and said if i do not pay 600 by noon fri they will pursue my case and file it and i had better check out ohio bad check law, i am so tired of this it is an ohio store front but the lady called mr from texas i have no money, shee just yelled at me and told to to seek a laywer if i dad not pay, that they could also get me for bank fraud. again is this a criminal or cival matter. todd

Reviewing my credit report from TranUnion. Filed bankruptcy in 2005. Should those accounts show High balance /balance or credit limits. Bankruptcy is listed in remarks, with pay status as unrated. What does unrated mean.

I have several payday advance loans that have been pretty much robbing me blind. I have been trying to pay them, but unfortunately due to a change in my employment status very recently, I have been unable to keep up with them. What are my rights? I live in the state of Maryland where I have found out from the authorities here that most of the companies I have borrowed from, except for two (Cash Net USA and Cash Plus CSO, Inc.) are illegally lending here and that they are under investigation.
