I need some help. I ordered 2 reports from Chex systems for me and my fiance. They sent my finance hers but they have not sent mines. Idid multiple request maybe 2 or 3 times but still nothing. Both our reports went to the same address.. What can I do? I tried contacting them but I cant get through to a live #. Does anyone have their number to a live person? I heard that it is on the copy of your chex report but I no longer have my fiance chex report. Why are they not sending mines?

One of my payday loans is requesting I send a payment via money order that can be used outside of the us not us postal money order. they gave examples like western union money order or american express. My question is has anyone sent any one of these or anything like it and if so where did you get them or does any know where i can get one

We had to do a voluntary re-po with Toyota. They sold the vehicle for cheap,cheap,cheap at auction and are coming to us for the left-over debt. We have been paying them $25/mo for almost a year just as a set-it-and-forget-it since we can no way afford any more. I just noticed that they have reported us 3 times in August as a charge-off on our credit report. Why can they report it 3 times. Doesn't each time hit our credit report even more - even tho its the same item.

I just rec'd a call from as & assc statsing that charges were being filed with the state of la thursday for a pdl I have with National money store. Has anyone had a claim filed against them form this company? do I setup payment arrangements with them?

Please help. I have out 5 well kind of 6 pdl's out. I've just barley been makeing it for like 6 months now. I got behind and now I can ust make the intrest on all these. I'm never going to catch up.

Has anyone heard of this PDL co. Namakian Capital. I live in CA and put a ACH stop payment on withdraws from them because I over paid $700.00 on a $300.00 dollar loan which none of it went towards the principle. I got a email from them that they are sending me to a collection agency now. I told them I over paid on my loan and it was illegal to have roll overs or extensions in the state of CA.

Illinois law says no rollovers does that mean I can't extend my loans? I am way over my head with pdl so I closed my account, I don't even know where to begin figuring out what I have out there. I know that my cash now has charged me way to much, first loan 800.00 principle paid, 1204.48 in fee's and interest paid, second loan 1000, 816 paid in fees and interest, none applied to principle. I'm thinking they owe me a refund due to Illinois law. Any help will be appreciated!

After paying for two loans from febuary for 300 and 200 at 60.00 and 90.00 a piece and not being able to get a live person I went to my bank and complained they put a hard hold on these two companies .mY BANK DID REFUND THE LAST 2 PAYMENTS after I told they these companies have been paid several times. Its my fear they will call my employer and harass me there .I have a joint checking account and I REALLY DON;T WANT T O CLOSE THE ACCOUNT Does anyone have any suggestions . I have several other pdl loans that I have paid on time and feel now like I AM TRAPPED BY THEM.
