Omg, I am so MAD at National City

Ok, so I went in last Tuesday and put my account on Deposit Only. I thought everything was cool. My paycheck was direct deposited and was supposed to hit today. I log in and it did not. So I call and get the run arund then finally, I get someone that investigates it. This chick tells me that my account is "pending closed" and that my deposit won't post until 12:00 tonight. I'm like what? It's a direct deposit, how in the hell can you hold my money hostage? There was no response for that, however, I did call the Branch Manager who I worked with to see what the heck is going on.

Is it legal for a licensed storefront lender in Lousiana to report an account to a collection agency? If so is it legal for the collection agency to increase the amt (add interes) after 2 years without explanation?

Stipulation to Judgement

16 years 8 months ago
I recently attended a mediation session as I am being sued for a CC debt. The mediators advised me if I signed a stipulation to judgement that it would be kind of like setteling out of court and would not be public knowledge nor would it be reported on my credit report. So, I'm just wondering if that is true...if I enter a stipulation to judgement will it be reported on my credit report?

PDL Advice Very Much Needed

16 years 8 months ago
I've been viewing the forum for a while and got up the nerve to take control of my situation. My story isn't pretty. I reside in KY and have 13 internet PDL's. A few were opened the first of July 09, but most were companies that I'd been dealing with over the last 2 plus years. Legally what I am obligated to repay these companies. Morally I want to repay the principle of the loan, but since these companies aren't legal I wasn't sure what my legal responsibility is. Reason for the question is that it's going to take me a good period of time to repay even the principle of these loans.
