I live in the state of pennsylvania, today i received a call from a company called united national arbitration stating a defaulted on a payday loan with payday one could not tell me the orginal amount i borrow but now owed 955 dollars and had five days to pay in full or two pyments. if i did not make arrangements i would be charged tomorrow with two counts one a misdameanor the other felony check fraud. not sure if this is a scam or not someone plz advice

How can I get the idiots to stop calling. They repeatedly call for a supposed PLD that is a) over 5 years old b) illegal in SC since the original lender does not have a physical presence in SC c) this agency cant collect in SC - again no license or physical presence d) civil statue of limitations is 3 years, d) original debt of 500 dollars cost my wife (and me by proxy) over 2500 in ACH collected fees. I can go on and on.... They call from multiple numbers always the same story.... Someone will be at your residence tomorrow between 9-4 with legal documents.

I have 3 loans: CastlePayday- $975 borrowed - 0 paid Great Plains - $1,000 borrowed - $535 paid Plain Green - $1,000 borrowed - $1,500 paid in full Plain Green - $1,400 borrowed - 0 paid I only took out the CastlePayday to pay off the first Plain Green hoping to then borrow enough again to pay off all loans and only have one at a lower monthly rate. It didn't work out that way and only got me deeper in trouble.

What if your account is negative so you cannot close it but you need the ACH to be revoked so that you do not go further negative and can catch up so that you can actually close it?

I recently lost my job and subsequently lost my vehicle to repossession. I have nothing else in my name. I rent and have a few couches and TV. My wife has a vehicle in her name (financed) for work and I bought a 500 dollar car to get me to and from my new part time job and to take my 2 year old to daycare. I just received a note that after the bank finished selling my vehicle, I still owe 10K on their loan. I obviously don't have that and am not sure what to do. My credit score is already terrible so im considering just wiping the slate clean and hoping for the best moving forward.
