Anyone know of a phone # and/or mailing address for My Cash Center? Thanks!

Hello, I am new and would like to say how grateful I am for finding this forum. I have been coming here every day since June and just decided to register, because I'm very apprehensive about sharing our story and I normally don't participate in online forums. We are about 76k in cc debt with about 15 accounts, accumulating for many years. My husband worked at a terrible job with a low salary. His employer constantly made promises (raises, commissions, etc.) and never kept them. But my husband stayed because he was afraid of not being able to find another job.

I was behind on a Chase c.c. payment and (stupidly) answered the phone from them. Was talked into giving them my bank account # over the phone (it was NOT a Chase banking acct.) to get caught up. I happened to have the money in the acct. at the time. The representative convinced me that it was safe and they would access for this "one-time" payment. Now I'm late paying them again and I'm afraid that they will access that bank acct. and just take the money. Has this ever happened to anyone - is my bank account safe?

I have several loans out over the internet, Mycashnow, United cash loans, Nationwide, and mypayday. Are these legal in the State of Florida.

I have an outstanding loan with Integrity Advance for $300. I had repaid $90 in finance or rollover fees to this point. Since the beginnin of this year, I've taken out a total of 4 or 5 loans with them, always repaid on time and paid approximately $650 in finance or rollover fees plus principle, and all on time, might I add. Am I wrong in thinking that I should be able to apply this overpayment of $650 from previous loans to the current outstanding principle of $300 and have a zero balance? :?:

Ok good news and bad news for me. I sent the letters suggested in the threads here. The good news is Signmyloan.net immediately replied that I had paid enough and they consider my account closed. Bad news is Paychecktoday didn't even respond even though I faxed and e-mailed the letter to them. VIP Loan Shop sent me a threatening letter in response. Here is what they said: NONE OF THE INFO YOU EMAILED BELOW APPLIES TO US DUE TO THAT FACT THAT YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH NEVIS WEST INDIES. YOU SOUGHT US OUT ONLINE FOR A LOAN WE DID NOT SOLICIT YOU IN YOUR STATE.

I got one of those real looking but obviously phony checks in the mail to pay taxes on a lottery I supposedly won (yeah right). It was for $4500. I have been bugged incessantly by an obnoxious collector about an old credit card debt. As a lark, I got the collector to settle for $4500, and then I endorsed this check and sent it to them. Now, I'm wondering if I could get in trouble for this.

Do you think it is better to send the revoke that tells them they are illegal or a revoke that states that my bank account was closed due to fraud? Neither one is a lie and I was just curious which would be the best way to go? I have to send the letters out today or tomorrow at the latest so any input would be appreciated. (ps.they are all illegal internet loans that I am referring too).
