Hospital rep agreed to pmt plan of at least $10 a month. I have been paying as agreed & regularly- (1st 4 pmts of $80, Next 12 pmts of $30 and last 13 pmts of $10). I have missed NO missed pmts yet they sent acct to collections. I have $500 left to pay that I am now able to just pay off. They decided to report as adverse acct on my credit bureau. How do I successfully get this removed from report? :x

i just received a call from a person just identifying themselves not the purpose. then he explained the reason for the call and said my husband made arrangements to pay this card off when in fact it was them who when under duress was forced to do this now they will not stop calling and are getting us uspset, as i have a heart condition and my husband is at a dr right now. the only way theyt said too erase this is to file bankruptcy please the only income we have is social security... thank you

My cell phone rang and I answered it and a man with an Indian/Pakistani accent asked for me by name! "Who is calling?" I asked. "The Social Security Dept." I just hung up on him! Two days later the same thing! I told him that he was not from the Social Security Dept. and he insited he was. I hung up again! I sounded like he was in his car. I guarantee that when they shut down Heathmills operations over in England the Route 66 Funding clowns swiped a list and are trying their own scam! Beware! Just hang up!

Hoping someone can help. I have 3 outstanding collections accounts on my credit report and am 180 days late on my student loans. If I pay off the 3 outstanding collections accounts (and hopefully have them deleted) and catch my student loan payments up by the end of next month, will I see an increase in my credit score and is it possible for me to have a 620 in the next few months? do you deal with payday loans besides credit card loans

I just want to say reading this forum really hit close to home for me because I am a single mother and I was in so much debt that I was recently very very close to filing for bankruptcy. I had over $30,000 in credit card debt and I was miserable. I finally decided to get my life in order so I did some research on debt settlement companies…and guys before you do that I HIGHLY recommend doing the research because they are not all legit or at least don’t all do what they promise to do.

does anybody know much about their collection practices?

I received an answer from my ACH revoke letter from one of my payday loans. They have a refund of $345 for over payment. The only problem is they would like a fax number so they can send paperwork to me, I guess to sign off. I asked if they could email the paperwork to me but they said they could not. Strange they were able to email the loan info to me. I do not want to give them my work fax. Do you have any suggestions? Also they asked for my bank account LOL like I am going to give it to them.
