I am cross posting this from another thread just to see if I can get any input from BK experts - I am looking at ch 13 due to my husband having a decent salary (my home business income got cut in 1/2 last fall and it was all down hill from there) but I am scared of what ch 13 would mean to our future any advice is appreciated (debt collectors, please have the decency to stay out of this conversation - this fish is not staying in your net no matter what) - trying to do the means test on your own is DEPRESSING!

Has anyone ever worked with Relief, LLC to get their payday loans consolidated? If so, what was your experience with this company? Thanks.

I got a withheld call today and a urgent voicemail from Darcie Clark from Simm Assoc. saying that she came across my file # and ss#.. I dont have any debts, I'm a 20yr old college student! I have one student loan that my mother is currently paying and is up to date on it. I called back and stayed on the line for 21 mins on hold. What do I do now? They also threatned to take legal action. I am so confused and scared. What do I do?!

I have several payday loans in which I believe I have paid more than the principal. I live in New Jersey Cash Advance Network Loan $400 paid $500 Star Cash Processing Loan Loan $300 Paid $400 OneClick Cash Loan $400 paid $600 Kenwood Services Loan $300 paid $400 Integrity Services Loan $400 paid $600 Loan Point Loan $ 400 paid $600 Sign My Loan $400 Paid $600 they tell me I owe $249 All were fees. I have sent them letters revoking my ach debits. Do I continue to pay? I believe I have paid more then I should.

Ok...here's the deal....I have 3 credit cards with Chase (I know I know)....all three were maxed at their limits of 5k, 3k, and 1k....I stopped making payments on them as I had a loan from my brother that I had to pay back to him and that is part of how I got into this situation....I will be making final payment to my brother mid September and decided to stop ignoring the phone calls and contact Chase this morning to make some sort of arrangements....as it turns out, 2 of the 3 cards have been sent to collections and Chase will not even deal with me about them.....I did some poking around the

I checked my credit report and Security Check LLC was listed on there for a Quasar Corporation and claimed it was for a bounced check. I sent them a validation letter and received a typed contract with my name typed on the signature as proof of debt from Good Time Cash. What can I do to argue this?

I got a internet loan with them about three weeks ago for 500. Somehow im guessing my fault they had me down as getting paid every week even tho I get paid bi weekly. So I had to make payments every week. On the 6th of this month I called to try and correct this. They told me I would need to fax in my last to pay stubs. Sinnce I have direct deposit they get mailed to me I explained this and paid on my off week again. Last night I called upon receiving my pay stub and spoke with them again. I was told to fax them in before 7 and I would be fine. I wrote a note with ity explaining my problem.
