i whould like to say that takhar was really good to me and the rep that i spoke to Mr. Pires was really careing & understanding & he also helped me so that my credit rating whouldnt be affected & i also recieved a release letter from him after 30 days as well just like he told me so i whould like to say thanks and for everyone who bad mouths them are just people that obviously dont care about there credit....

How can I find out if these companies are legal in my state (IL)? I tried using the website of the state laws but I can't find any of these companies listed Ameriloan - $350 loan, pd $270 Nationwide - $400 loan, pd $227 signmyloan.net - $400 loan, pd$200 HOWEVER, these are new loans I took out with these companies at the beginning of this summer. I have past loans which were paid but paid in full (high interest and principle and all). Can I request that they apply that overpament to my recent loans? I hope so..I can barely make my rent and car payment thanks to these slimbags.

I have a loan with Kenwood Services. The only info I have for them is Ph: 877-794-5562,but when you call them you get a answering machine. No one ever calls you back. I also have a fax number 877-794-5563 I tried to send a email to customerservice[at]kenwoodservices.com but came back undeliverable. Does anyone have a address? I need to send my ACH revoke letter to them. Thanks

A debt collector called me and asked for me by giving me the last four of my social, i said "yes this is him" but then when he went to verify my last four of my social i said "no, wrong #" and hung up.

I live in Louisiana, and I need to find out how to handle zip19....to keep them from calling my workplace, etc? I am willing to repay what I owe them, but they are wanting $137 in late fees, etc and will not attempt to set up a payment arrangement.

I must be really dense because I havent a clue how to find out if these two PDL's are legal in my state. I tried to get 1800899cash to work with me on my loan and they refused, Cashnet at least took what I could pay and said the rest would come due in 2 weeks. I have not wrote ACH revoking letters yet and havent a clue with that either. Please help, any and all advice is appreciated. I live in the state of WA.

Has anyone had any pdls with this company. I live in Louisiana. I have overpaid 1st loan by $1400 and want balance applieed to current loan of $300. they refuse stating that after 8/21 they will send me to an outside collections. I am wnating to avoid an outside collections going on credit report.

I have a loan with Household Finance/Beneficial. It is unsecured and I have been unable to make my payment for the last 4 months. I am still trying to negotiate an affordable payment arrangement with them but they are not budging and I am afraid that one day I will get a call stating that they are going to sue me. My question is this...I paid around 135 a month for insurance on this loan for 8 years. I thought the insurance I paid was supposed to help me in a situation like this??

I recently graduated from an over-priced liberal arts college and like all grads you don't really realize the amount of your student loans until you graduate. I'm paying off these loans by myself because my parents can't really afford to help me. My loans are all private and some up to about 98,000....ya I know.... Anyway these loans are with several different companies. I'm looking to consolidate and don't know where to start.

I am in the need soon to get a car...my credit has improved but is less than stellar...I have a few old collecions on there, and a lack of revolving credit. Scores were in the low 600s before, but must have gone up since i've had a few bad items removed. I also have a student loan on there in good standing my question is, how should i go about this? What do they look for? A bank loan is tough since I have checksystems issues, so what about at the dealer? Am I better off leasing? There must be a way for this...i see those 'bad credit' ads all the time...please advise
