How do you find out if an internet PPL Company is liscensed in your state (South Carolina)?

Is Nationwide Cash legal in Minnesota. I see they are licensed in Delaware but don't they have to be licensed in Minnesota also? I borrowed $500 and have already paid $650 in fees. I closed my checking account a couple of weeks ago. I sent then an email asking if they were licensed and citing the Minnesota Statute. I then received a phone call from their "investigations" department" saying to contact them within 24 hours or they would take my account to their legal department.

I called both of them and this is the Address they gave me for both 3531 Pst NW Po Box 111 Miami, OK 74355 Does this sound right? Anyone ever send something to them at that address and have it returned?

Received a dunning letter from : Law Offices of Brachfeld & Associates 20300 S. Vermont Ave Suite 120 Torrance, CA 90502 I sent a dv to them and it was signed for 2 days before the 30 day period was up..the letter was dated 6/30/09 and the cmrrr was signed 7/28/09. Hadnt heard anything else from them. Today received a letter from The Brachfeld Law Group with the same address offering me a settlement. The letter is dated 8/07/09. On this letter there isnt anything about having 30 days to dispute.

Today I completely paid off my loan with CashNetUsa. I am SOOOOOO Happy. Can't wait till all of my debt is paid off, but this is a good start.

Hello Forum. I recieved a certified letter today from the Clerk of Courts (cincinnati, oh,) alerting me that a complaint has been filed against me by American Express, via Zwicker as their law firm. I do not dispute my $5,769 debt. However, legitimate circumstances have rendered me unable to pay this debt in full. I have contacted Zwicker and Associates, and they have offered a few "options': 1. Hello, if my husband is applying for a mortgage and I am in debt settlement, will that affect his chances of getting one? My name will not be on the mortgage due to my credit rating and his name is not on any of the debts I settled. Please advise. Thanks.

A lady from this company called me with a case number and saying there is a civil suit pending. I am sure it is about a payday loan I took out but defaulted on. I have never received anything in the mail from them. Should I go ahead and send a debt validation letter to them?

Does anyone have an address for them I want to send a counter offer but all I have is a P.O. Box. they Called us and offered us 50% of the balance, but I couldn't afford that so I wanted to make a counter offer. we are aobut 90 days behind. Thanks in advance.

So I have dealt with my loans from US Fast Cash and PaydayMax and they acknowledged that I owed them the principal amounts and have now been paid. Hurray! However, I am still dealing with PDL Loan Center (the one that changes their name every month) and they are being difficult.
