Has anyone heard of Transcom, Inc. 816-423-2799. They keep calling but do not leave a number. Can they spoof a number and still have a name on the Caller ID?? Any number I have suspected was spoofed before did not have a name with it. They do not leave a message.

i'm looking for info on bk , it looks like i can file ch-7 , i took an online means test. my question is when i go to see a lawyer do i have to take utility bills , trash , ect . if i plan on using the standard deduction, if that what it is called . I'm 85000 in debt both my cars arfe paid for but not worth more than 3000 a piece i make 4600.00 per month have 4 kids , my mortgage is 1100.00 i have no equity in my house , i am current on payment for house and want to keep the house is that possible

I have about $1200 worth of debt to Capitol One. I received a letter from the collection agency saying they had a settlement offer. I called them and they are willing to settle for about $900. That is fine with me. I just want to be done with it. I was asking them about how this would impact my credit and they said it would be better to pay the balance in full rather than take the settlement. Is this true or are they just trying to feed me some nonsense? If they are making a settlement offer, doesn't that mean they want to settle and be done with the account?

I have multiple storefront & online PDL's & the stress is starting to affect my health. THIS IS NO WAY TO LIVE. It is not an option for me to close my bank acct, as I collect SS & have it direct deposited. Does anybody know of a LEGIT PDL consolidation company that will handle this without charging you an arm & a leg to do so? Also, I have read that PDL companies who are CFSA members are required to do EPP. Does this also apply to KY & what do I do to find those affiliated & start the process? I am in a bind again. My employer received a wage assignment from affinity cash loan and I was wondering if I can revoke this. they say I have 20 days to answer and I just got it today but its dated 7/20 which means I have about 7 days. What should I do? I also have a loan that has defaulted with payday one and I want to pay both of these back but cannot afford to have my wages assigned. Any help would be appreciated.

I started college in the fall of 2002, with a $750 student loan. I transferred schools, and graduated in 2007. The $750 loan (which is now paid-in-full) is showing up on my credit report as a defaulted loan (with the missed payment sometime in 2006/2007) I've asked them to remove the report, but nothing has happened.

I was harrassed by PayDay Max today. I had a loan with them and when I contacted them after I closed my account letting them know they they wre not licensed in my state and that I needed to work out a payment plan to repay the principal only, I never received a phone call back. Now I'm getting phone calls from PDM, except they are calling themselves Pay Day Management and not PayDay Max...what a coincidence. Pay Day Management is supposed to be the so-called collection agency for them.
