I have a debt that my husband doesn't know about with Bank of America. I wil try to settle it but I am scared he would find out about it in the process. Will they ever call him? They only have my cell phone number in their files. This is my first month that I couldn't pay Bank of America but I can pay Chase. I am also wondering if I should settle both or just Bank of America. I owe 16K to Bank of America and 7K to Chase. Your input is greatly appreciated.

here is my current delima, i need to open a joint account with my wife. we currently have a joint account with compass bank, long story short we are not using compass anymore. i tried to add her to my wamu/chase account but they wouldnt do it because of the chexsystem thing. i know wells fargo offers the 2nd chance checking account but i'm kind of sketchy about going there.

i owe 2 ohio pdl's. one from check n go for 546.00 and the other from check smart for like 575 or so. they are not due until tomorrow. i called my bank and checked to see what the time frame was to allow ach debits, they stated 48 hours. i also called check smart anonmously to see if i could set up a payment plan. they stated that payment plans are against? the law in ohio and all i can do is re loan. sure i can re loan with both of them, but i cannot ever get out of this cycle. any advice on how to get out of this cycle??

Can a leased commercial vehicle be included in a debt consolidation loan?

I gotting a $300 loan from integrity advance. I have made 5 payments of $90 totaling to $450. I called to make sure that loan was taken care of and told me that those payments were only processing fee and becouse I didnt call they just kept taken the $90 out of my checking account. Now they want to brake my payments down into 6 more payments that add up to $615 which makes me paying $1065 for a $300. Any advice

Can someone tell me how many years it takes that an unpaid bill can be removed from my credit history? I owe 10 different creditors and all the accounts were closed in 2006. And I know for a fact that I still cant pay any of my creditors. Also I have 2 judgments showing up in 2006.

Nine years ago I was waiting from the Direct Loan that I continue and finish my studies at the university. The sign or instruction on screen stated: "under construction" and that means I had to wait. I was not given any message or instruction to the effect that I may or can continue. I passed all the instructions given by the university registrar of all hardships: perseverance, deferment etc, which all those instructions came automatically at my detriment.
