Does anyone know who this number belongs to? They have left messages on my work phone and cell, but the call shows up unavailable or restricted. Thanks

I received a voicemail on my cellphone (and my parents received one on their homephone) for me to call 1-866-964-8194. I called the number back this morning and was given a "case number" and transferred to a woman named Anastasia Trent. She told me her client was FSM Group and that I owed the principal balance of $350 for a payday loan. (Sidenote: I don't remember at this point whether I owe FSM any money or not- it was years ago, so I already contacted my old bank and requested old bank records so I can see exactly what I paid FSM).

I owed WAMU a balance of approx. $4800 for a CC. I tried to enroll in a debt mgmt. program a year ago and WAMU replied they did not participate with the program. I've had many personal and financial struggles that kept me from paying the debt. Now I make $23K per year and have only $200 surplus each month after living expenses. Northland is the debt collector but I have read horrible stories about them. Where is a good place for me to start as I can only offer about $20.00 per month?

If one in FL owes a CC debt that Northland is now collecting on at around $4800.00 and only has a monthly surplus of $200.00 available after living expenses are deducted from a $23,000 annual net income, what can possibly be done to avoid legal action?

I have a student loan for about 6 years it was for a Tech institute school, at the time that I enrolled, I did not have my GED nor did I graduate from high school. They didn’t even ask me if I had a high school diploma or a GED. It was to become a Medical Assistant and it states you must have a GED or High school diploma. I didn’t even finish the program because I really wanted to get my GED and attend a REAL College. I received my GED in 2004 this occurred in 2002. I been having my loan in deferment is there any way I can have this loan remove??? _________________

I have started to pay a CA. My question is since I started to pay is it to late to send a validation letter?

I spoke to a friend yesterday that has 10 PDL stores in TX and he stated that they are using the Atty General to collect some past due accounts. The process is for them to file with the AG that they have a Hot Check and the AG will then send a letter to the debtor stating that they need to resolve. I realize that one cannot file charges on the debtor, but does anyone have more info on this process?

Please Help!! I have 5 online pdl's that I can't pay anymore. I am getting behind on all of my bills! Here are the following pdl's Cardinal- $200 CMG- $200 Integrity Advance- $300 Galaxy $300 Star Cash- $250 I live in TN and I really don't know what to do anymore! I have a relative that is not paying her private student loans with Sallie Mae, but they have not yet went into default. They are close. My mother cosigned for one and my father cosigned for the other. I have two issues: 1.) My father recently passed away. I am responsible for handling all of his financial obligations. Can I have him removed from the loan or is the estate responsible. 2.) What can they do to my mother if the loans are not paid. My relative has no income and no pending leads. Sallie Mae cannot get anything from her.
