First of all, I just want to give my thanks ahead to all of you who will be able to help me, and all those who have already helped countless others. You all are really doing a lot of good--THANKS! Second, I need help to get out of this nonsense that I'm in. I thought I could get a part time job to get me out of this situation, but no such luck. I currently have 9 PDLs out. I'm working on paying 6 and will be done 10/02. I'm fine with that, but the other three, USFastCash, United Cash Loans and PDL Loan Center are killing me with their fees.

I hope someone had dealt with this problem before. On 7-5 my husband went to write a check at Wal-Mart & it was declined for a Reason 4. He paid with his debit card for the same account. When contacting Tele-Check they advised him that his license # had been reported as having a returned check with a local bank he does not bank with. His checking account is an individual account with a credit union. All of his information was faxed to Tele-Check as requested on 7-6. When we received no response we called them on 7-13.

I am looking into various companies to help with Payday loans. Spoke with someone at Debt Resolution Advocates they seemed very knowledgeable. And fees were far less than Langhornes.

I am paying off my loans that I had, all store front. Two of them told me I had to be in by a certain time otherwise they would be deposited "and there was nothing they could do about it". I missed the deadline, so immediately put the cash in my account. One of them called and was so rude to me, and said they NEVER said that (yes they did), so I ran over with cash to get them to stop calling. Now the other one is calling me all the time. I'm out of town now for work, so I can't just go run in with cash. I havent called her back yet mainly because I'm annoyed at this point.

I was reviewing my credit report and noticed that an old credit card that was charged-off and had ND (no data) for 13 months with Experian suddenly has a current standing -- how is this possible???

Hi everyone. I have followed the advice of this forum, sent dV to this company, Revenue Reporting Services. Thanks to all who contribute to this site. RRS has yet to answer. They say they represent Southern Tier, whom I've never heard of or from. I finally got someone to tell me that they are trying to collect on an old internet payday loan that I defaulted on in 2007. Monday, someone e-mailed me a settlement letter demanding PIF by tomorrow in the amount of $605. Every time they call, I get someone different. I ask them about my DV.

I received a phone call from them last night, they stated that I am being sued by Cash Supply for an unpaid pdl. They said that I was being sued for breach of contract. Can they really do this? I thought that ipdl's were illegal in Kentucky. I have read some other posts on this website and see that the name of John Cole sure gets around, his office is in Amherst, NY. This must be the same company but keep changing their names. Any information you can give me will be helpful.

Hi, State-NY I have a credit card that was probably charged off around 2001-2002. That would make it about 7+ years old. I was wondering if there is a way to find out how to confirm the start date of SOL from the OC so I could bring this to court and have my case dismissed because the SOL has run out. The current CA has seemed to re-aged to 2005. Any input would be greatly appreciated, M
