Im thinking about bk , chapter 7 i keep hearing about reaffirming mortgage. here is my situation bought my house 1 1/2 years ago i put nothing down , i have about 2000 in equity and i am current on mortgage. doi have to do anything with my motgage if i don't include it in bk.

hey everyone... i am planning to file chapter 7 bk and have already informed my storefront pdl of my intentions and stopped payments that were not immediatly cashed(i know i know i shoiuld have stopped payment first)on those checks. however, ihave 3internet pdl and was wondering if i close my account can they pursue criminal charges against me? i dont think they are legal because the interest they charge is more than the alabama legal limit but i know that in this state closing your bank account when you have a pdl is grounds for prosecution, is this true for internet pdl as well?

Hello, My wife got a call a few days ago from National Action Financial Services saying she owes about 3,000 in CC debt. I asked her about this and she said she had a credit card in college that she did not pay. :shock: I could get into her many debt problems, but I am not going to talk about that here. Lets just say that she sucks at money. Anyway, I had a credit report that I had pulled a few weeks ago and it is not on there. Not surprising as she finished college in 2001.

Account was sold to Plaintiff on blah blah date in the amount of blah blah plaintiff has made demand but defendment fails to make payment in full Defendant owns Plaintiff blah blah amount Any help would be great Thanks

Hello! I have a lot of debt and am attempting to fix it now that my husband and I would like to buy a house. Most of it is from 2005ish and most is in collections. Isn't there a time when this debt falls off? How do I get it off of my credit report without showing that I'm acting on my debt? Does "Last Active" mean that it's four years AFTER that date, even if it's not me who is active? Thanks SO much! I'm new and I have no clue what I'm doing. My husband and I have about 30k between us and about 10k to use to pay it off.

Have had this number show up on my phone a few times today. I wasn't home when the calls came in and don't want to dial back so i show up on their caller ID. Caller ID shows : WFNNB #s from all different area codes, 214, 913, etc etc.....
