Sued by a creditor over old medical bills...

12 years 1 month ago
Okay, I am brand new here, but it looked like there were some people with a great deal of knowledge about how this all works. Background: I have acquired a LOT of medical bills. Right now I am looking at somewhere around $30,000 in debt because of it. I recently found out that I am being sued by a creditor for a few cases that total $10,000. When I contacted them (case was in prelegal status) I told them I could only afford around $20 a month. It's all I had to spare...and I was turned down.

USFast Cash and BestChoice123.com

12 years 1 month ago
I am in the process of working with bestchoice123.com. As I have learned they are off-shore loan company and definitely not licensed in California. In my last e-mail where I revoked ACH and WageAssignment they replied back by stating they would work with me but I need to call them to set-up a pmt arrangement. Even though in the e-mail I said, "money orders of $100 per month and just provide an address". They responded that I couldn't take my sweet time (in more words or less) paying them back and needed to call to work out an arrangement and they FAILED to provide an address.

Great Plains Lending- Please Help

12 years 1 month ago
I live in California. I took out a loan with Great Plains Lending in March 2013 for emergency dental work. Like many others, I am struggling to make the payments and its impossible for me to pay off the principle when it keeps increasing by the $100's! I felt like I was suffocating until I found this website. While doing some research, I found that this lender is not legal. I fully intend on paying back the principle balance owed but I had a few questions. I previously took out a loan with Great Plains Lending in Oct 2012 and paid it back in full.

freeze bank accounts in florida

12 years 1 month ago
I voluntarily surrendered 2 cars in 2009 because I lost my job and could not pay. collection agencies send me letters regarding my delinquencies and call me consistently. I have some cash in a joint banking account with another non-relative and I have a certificate of deposit in my name. I live in florida. Can the collection agency or bank freeze my accounts?
