Anyone knows does best loan modification?

I finally got someone at the FL Office of Financial Regulations that would speak with me. I have posted several posts about United Cash Loans, and One Click Cash. She said that there are no legal precidents for them to follow as of this date. They are aware that these businesses are not licensed in the State of Florida, but when their investigator attempt to locate them with addresses that have been supplied to them that there is no such business.

I have 3 numbers on my cell that leave no message and it is always busy when i call it back, I cant answer the phone at work so how the hell am i supposed to know who these people are? any ideas on the numbers? 1-877-904-4277 1-904-786-6178 1-888-210-7243

I have a loan with CashNetUSA that I was unable to pay on the due date. I have revoked ACH authorization with my bank, and I let CashNet know this. I requested a physical address to send payment to, and let them know the soonest I can pay them in full is 8/14. I am not trying to get out of paying them what they're rightly owed, that's just the soonest I can pay them. They sent me a notice saying that I have 15 days to respond...I DID respond via email, and let them know that I promise to pay on or before 8/14, but I got a response that they can't communicate by email.

Hi I have been reading this forum for a few days. I have tried to considlate the 3 Online PDLS I have now into one personal loan and I can not get a loan for this. I had surgery a few months back and got 1 loan to pay bills, then another to pay that one off, endless cycle. I have managed to pay off 3, still have three, but I need to pay power, insurance, food, etc...out of my check first, then pay these PDLS a little at a time. But, I finally closed my bank account today and opened another one at a total different bank.

I'm getting a little anxious about my mediation/trial coming up next month and probably would like to reach out to an attorney. What type of attorney do I look for to represent me in a case where I'm being sued for CC debt? Does anyone know any lawfirms in the Phoenix, AZ area they could suggest? I atleast need to know what type of attorney I should be searching for...

The collection agency contacted me about a debt I thought was paid off years ago. They said if I have the release letter from the Credit Card Company it would stand as my account closed. Since it has been a very long time since I paid it off I do not have the letter. I live in Virginia and believe the SOL is six years and I'm sure this has to be past six years. Also I checked all my credit reports and there is nothing on any of the reporting agencies of an outstanding debt. What do I do?

Hello: I have a question on payment plans for taxes. My husband lost his job in November and I lost mine is January of 2009. On the positive side, I just started a new job in May. I live in the state of Maryland and owe around $2,000 in back tax and owe about $6,000 in Frederal tax :cry:. Does anyone know if they will work with me on a payment plan, or let me settle for less amount?. My husband gets unemployment, but he pays quite a bit in child support, so I am basically the provider right now for our family. Thanks
