I took out a loan with Nationwide of $500.00 and payed it back with interest in two weeks. I later took out a loan with them for $400.00 not knowing my job would collaspe a week later. I have struggled and struggled just to make four interest payments of $100.00 and now the fifth one was $150.00. With only $73.00 has went toward the principal. I have no way to pay this when it's due again next Friday. I called and talked with them today and they refused to work out a payment arrangement. I'm scared. Does anyone have any advice... I had no idea what I was getting into to.

Has anymore heard of them. I have a PDL out with them, don't recall the name when I took out the loan, I don't even have loan information on them, but they are deducting $ from my account. Maybe they have a different name. Any contact information would be appreciated.

I have been trying to reach them to get my payoff information. There's a pre-recorded voice message about operating hours and it doesn't even make sense. Does anyone know anything about them, or how to get in contact with them?

I had a $5,000 account charged off on my credit report in 2006. Now a man called me on my job this past Thursday and was told I couldn't get calls but he was very threatening to my supervisor and she gave me the call. We both were under the impression he was a lawyer or working in a law office and had me so scared that I gave him $50 on a debt card which I needed. I live with 2 grandchildren I support. This man acted like he got a phone call and told us it was the judge.

Hi, I live in TN and I have 7 internet loans. The bank wouldn't let me close my account because the payday loans have put my checking account in overdraft status and I was told I couldn't close it as long as it was in overdraft. However, I have opened another account somewhere else. I know I need to pay back the principles but I need help on which ones are legal and illegal. I have already made payment arrangements with Paydayone since the first payment was returned. The rest are calling me at work and threatening me with wage garnishments and do not want to work out a payment plan.

Does this cost money?

Okay so here is a shortened summary of what I'm going through: 1. Received loan through Atlantic Fin. August 2006. 2. March 2007 I lost my job, but I was able to pay until June of 2007. 3. September 2007 Atlantic Financial charged-off the car loan, but I was unaware because I hadnt contacted them for fear of being intimidated about not being able to pay the loan, and I already felt bad enough about it and at this time I didnt know what charge-off meant. 4. I hid the car because I was unable to make payment. 5. Jan 2008 I received tax refund.

I previously posted about ending the progressive debt relief. I will do it ASAP by email because I know if they get me on the phone they will try to get me to re-consider. Has anyone dealt with this company and had success in getting their first payment back. I have only paid 400 so far, would be nice to get that back, but if not at least they won't get any more money off of me. I get paid on Friday and will call and set up a payout with cashnetusa on my own. To hell with United Cash, 500Fst Cash, and Cash Transfer Centers until I can get rid of some of my other bills.

Got a letter last week from CBCS trying to collect on a 12 year old Ameritech debt, So I sent out a debt validation letter the same night.
