a process server from a collection agency tried to serve me a summons but could not.. i checked my docket under the my civil court records and it now has an entry of stating summons returned not served (filed). what happens next

We have 47,000 in unsecured cc debt and after investigating Credit Relief Today (BBB accredited A rating) we signed yesterday. But, Debt Zero is the back end of the company that does all of the debt settlement part and I can't find much about them. The have NR on BBB which they address on their website but unfortunately I didn't discover this site until after I signed. I haven't paid them anything though, so I'm hoping for some feedback, and maybe even reassurance, before they start deducting money in two weeks.

I have currently found myself in a place where I do not know where to begin to combat what has happened. After having no choice but lose my job entirely or take a $9 per hr pay cut, I started to try the payday loan process to stay afloat and that turned into a nightmare. Now I find myself defaulted on 2 payday loans, 2 credit cards and now because I was trying to catch up on that I got too far behind on my student loans and am now getting letters threatening to go after my wages. What do I do??? Please Help

Can I ask someone what the hell happens when you tell these payday loan companies to kiss your *** Bad term deleted -Jason What can they really do? I have closed my bank account due to so many pdls and nsf. I was layed off from work, and cant pay even a cent to any of them. I have explained this to all of them. YET! They call and call and call. They say I will be sued, put in jail, I am looking for work everyday, but with the economy very few are hiring in my area! I have told them when I find work I will start paying them again.

Hey, has anyone ever received a refund from A2BCash.com? I have paid paid them about 8 times more than I borrowed. I contacted them and told them I wouldn't be sending them anymore money and my account was close. It wasn't even an hour later and they started that bullcrap about they are not a U.S. company and I agreed to be bound by Malta laws. They also stated that they have not done anything wrong but as a goodwill gesture they are closing the loan and waiving the balance. Ha, some kind of "goodwill gesture" after taking all of my money.

We were debt free in 2000. But, in the past eight years my husband has been self employed and at first small expenses went on credit cards with the idea that they'd be paid back when sales came through. Long story short, that company went under with the Dot Com crash and by then we were about 20,000 in debt. Then, we moved and he started a new business, same basic issue...cut ahead a few years and we're at 47,000 in credit card debt and no way to get out from under it. Now he's applying for salary employment, but we're still drowning in debt that we can't handle.

FIA Card Services has stooped to the level of outright extortion! Yesterday, one of their in house collection reps called my father and told him to tell me that I was going to jail over a debt. Now, I owe them. No denying that. I got got behind on paying them. No denying that either. But, what they did was extortion. It began at about 8:00 am yesterday morning. FIA called my father and demanded to know where I was. He in turn demanded to know who was calling. She shouted "tell me where he is NOW!!".

Ok, so what is the best way to write another letter to these companies and explain to the mthat the money they have taken out of my account already, GOES TOWARDS THE PRINCIPAL OF THE LOAN!!!? I have a few who keep saying I owe hundreds more than the loan was even worth and they have already taken out at least the amount of the loan in debits... sorry all, just frustrated... thanks J
