I live in az. I have 6 pdls. 2 of them are only a week old. I got them only because i had no choice. I had to fly to MS. for my grand mothers funeral. I needed the money for a plane ticket. Anyway, my hours have been cut at work and i cant even afford to pay intrest on the pdls. (or rent either). My mom told me if i would file bankruptcy on all of this plus there is alot of other debt to, she would pay for it. God bless her. Can I file on my pdls? i am scared i wont be able to especially on the 2 new ones since they are not even do yet.

I'm paying 29.99% interest on a few credit cards. At this rate using the debt calculator I'll never pay this stuff off. So I'm going to recalclate my balances @ 8% and send them my new payment schedule. I'm sure I wil be getting a call from the CC co.

So i got myself wrapped up in this pdl hell. here are my loans Ace Cash Express Loan for 400 Paid 90 to refinance once... Check N Go Loan for 900 Paid 200 plus numerous times like 6 already, refinancing. Cash Express loan for 700 Paid 154 numerous times for refinaicing about 5 times I CANT DO IT ANYMORE! How do i tell them i cant and i want to work out a payment plan? All refinance charges are due 2morrow.

can pay day loan collectors put a warrant out for your arrest in the state of oklahoma for fraud/theft for not paying back the loan?

Hello All, So I'm getting ready to send my illegal lender letters out and I am wondering, Isn't it better to send these out via email as opposed to certified mail? I have been hearing a lot of people have been getting there letters returned and un opened. Wondering which you think is better, also, having a hard time getting all the physical addresses but I have all the email addresses...what do you think?

I have a loan with a loan company 2,600 and I do not have the money to pay right now. Had a person come to my house to collect debt. Told them that I only have 60 dollars to pay right now until payday would not accept that. First, is it ok for a person to come to your house and second can they refuse whatever money you have?

I haven't been on this site in over a year except to read some threads that I would get emailed to me. It was a busy year. It has been this long and no PDL companies bothering me. I had got such great help from all of the people on this forum. I just received the following on a PDL company that stated to me back in March/2008 that I was PIF since I called their ACH processor and filed complaints against them. I live in NJ.

i HAVE ALL INTERNET LOANS THAT ARE WITH PDL ASSISTANCE, MOST OS THESE COMPANIES, WILL NOT ANSWER PDL AND THEY KEEP CALLING ME. ONE SUCH COMPANY STATES IF I DON'T CALL HIM WITHIN 48 HOURS HE WILL PUT A GREVENIOUS AGAINS MY SS# WHAT DOES THAT MEAN, CAN HE DO IT?
