If you have a credit score 680 or above and 2 long trade lines with high limits on them where whould be the best place and best chance to get a cc with a 3 to 5,000 limit?

I got a very rude call from a company claiming to be collecting for HSN. I did make a purchase from HSN on the flexpay plan via my card. When I became very ill and lost my job and had to go on disability i called HSN and made arrangements to pay. They were debiting my checking account when I made the ageed payment. I suddenly get this call on 7/7 from a company threatening to sue me. I kept asking who I was talking to and they just yelled at me and said "you have gotten letters from us so you already know who we are". I HONESTLY had no clue what she was talking about.

Hi, below is a previous post from someone.... I am currently late on a Bofa credit card... Does anyone know if this happens alot thanks ! Got my checking account statement today, and found a "check payment" that I didn't recognize that was debited from the account. I went to my bank and found it was FIA Card Services. I do have a B of A credit card account with them which I unfortunately haven't been able to pay as agreed. My checking account is with a different bank (not B of A).

can they garnish your checking account with out any notification

hi two years ago I filed bk 7 and one year after i purchased a car and they financed it with no problem. now, i don't have money to pay and they are coming to get the car and I owe them almost $10,000. What can it happen next? I am not working, I have no money, and I can't file bk for several years. What will they do to me? :(

I am sad to say that I am one of probably millions of people you have heard from that has fallen into that payday loan trap. I have 4 outstanding payday loans, (3 internet and one store front) and my husband has one internet payday loan. We are defaulting on these loans because we just simply can not pay these fees anymore. We have closed our account and reopened a new one. My questions is this, we live in North Carolina where payday loans are prohibited but I still want to pay them back the money we borrowed.

I have one company who will help me negotiate with the payday loans but wants 200 dollars first. Is this a scam?

For my private loans, I haven't had a late payment since 2007. This is reflected on my credit report. That's fine as I know it's the law. My co-signer is trying to get their mortgage refinanced and the bank doesn't seem to believe that I'm paying my student loans on-time. Even though it says right on my credit reports that I have been on time for 2 years! So my question is, where exactly is the law that says that student loan companies HAVE to report everything accurately? Currently I'm waiting for AES to send me the proof the bank requires.

My mother's Social Security is direct deposited into an account held by the both of us - can that be seized since it's her living expenses & not mine?
