Who do I contact to find out if a PDL company is actually licensed to do business? I currently live in Arizona and have 4 internet payday loans. They are Ameriloan,CashnetUSA,1Clickcash, and DiscountAdvance.

I live in Texas and took out 2 PDL. One from webpayday which was for $400 and I have paid back $690 and one from Integrity which was also for $400 and i've only paid back $120. I know I need to continue paying back integrity but the account that they will withdraw from is currently overdrawn (because i've been stupid) and I had to move my direct deposit. What can I do?
I RECENTLY RECIEVED A COMPLAINT ON MY DOOR STEP STATING I NEEDED TO FILE A ANSWER. THE COMPLAINT DOES NOT GIVE MY ANY INFORMATION AS TO WHICH ACCOUNT THEY ARE REFERRING TO I HAVE 3 ACCOUNTS WITH CAPITAL ONE ALL OF WHICH TO MY KNOWLEDGE I HAVE BEEN MAKING PAYMENTS HERE AND THERE. I FELL BEHIND ON PAYMENTS LAST YEAR DUE TO A DEATH IN HE FAMILY AND RISING COST OF LIVING. I AM A SINGLE PARENT WORKING 7 DAYS A WEEK. I AM SO AFFRAID THEY WILL ATTACH MY WAGES. IF ANYONE COULD GIVE ANY INSIGHT AS TO WHERE I SHOULD START I WOULD BE GRATEFUL I LIVE IN THE STATE OF DELAWARE :cry:

I am in the process of settling my accounts on my own, but the only one that i am worried about (my biggest of all!) is 16k to Wells Fargo Auto Finance for a repod car. I was wondering if there is anyone who has been in this situation with them? What should i try to get them to settle for? And how long will they wait for the $$$.
Hi I was contacted by a woman who only gave the company name as RSI, The number she called from was a dead line. She threatened me over a cash advance I took out on the internet I told her I would be happy to pay as long as she sent me proof I owed anything. She never sent anything. The next day i get a call from a man who tells me he is a detective with the local court and tells me I have 10 counts of fraud but he will do me a favor and if I pay this bill right then everything will go away. I was scared and gave him my account information.
