which is better between a consolidation loan or a debt settlement. How they affect your credit score i mean in improvement or hurts it.

I live in Texas and have 3 storefront PDLs and all are CSO.I made arrangements with 1 PDL being ACE cash express,but I have 2 others EZ Money and Check n Go and those two wouldn't hear of an EPP.First thing Monday morning I am calling their corporate offices but my question is: If corp is of no help and I have no other option but to default...and since my loans are due this Friday...when would be the last day of the week of this week to put a ACH block or close my bank account with out breaking any TEXAS laws? Good Morning, I've been visiting this site for the past few days reading and getting tips but a situation has got me a little nervous and I wanted to share it with you and get some help. I read the thread on not being able to go to jail for a Internet PDL... but... yeah.. the thought scares me a lot. I took out an internet pdl (also, I'm in the state of MO) with cashnminutes in 2006 for $150 and my checking account was closed before the first debit was made. The account was NOT closed by myself, but I had so many NSF's that they closed the account.

Can someone please help me with the reasons for disputing the following items on my credit report? Are there any examples of inaccurate info that I can reference?? I wanted to delete for inaccuarate status: showing amount past due when sold to another lender???? Newer member, just wanted to introduce myself. I hope to learn a lot from everyone. :)

The biggest one is Ace Cash Express because I have been stuck in their cycle for almost a year now. It gets to the point where they threaten to contact my employer, put a hold on my license, etc unless I pay in full. If I pay it in full they won't take action and i can re-apply the same day i pay which is what I've had to do twice so that I can pay my other bills and get them off my back for a bit.

I have 15 letters i need to send out. What will be the cheapest way to send these where i will have delivery conformation?
